Great store we were 15 mins from closing and the ladies seemed happy to help, very personable! Also very accommodating to my Gluten free diet, they even made sure surfaces and gloves were clean just for me. Would definitely recommend to my fellow Celiac friends.

The place looked unsanitary and filthy. It had a strange stuffy odor when I went in. There was a guy head to toe littered with tattoos I did not feel comfortable making me a sandwich so I left. He seemed annoyed he had a customer. Call me old fashioned but Subway is more inviting. There is also no take out menu here.

Every single time that I enter Jersey, Mike’s, the staff is receptive, positive, quick service, and extremely hard-working. Anytime we ask where to pick up from, Jersey Mikes is on the top of the list! They picked an excellent staff.

We stopped in for lunch on a road trip – the kitchen was so dirty that we left without ordering. The employees were literally slipping around on the grime and trash on the floor.

Waited about 15 minutes after placing my order. It was lunch time so I understood why it would take longer than normal. After I was that only customer left I noticed the staff cleaning up. Only then did someone ask what I was waiting on. No one was working on my order. They basically just forgot, I guess. First and last time going to a Jersey Mike’s.

Went in for a quick lunch on Saturday. Was surprised how messy and dirty the place was. A couple was ahead of me, but they were trying to hash out an order with a third person over the phone, and asked the cashier to take my order while they finished. The cashier did not respond to them, and looked at me and walked off. I waited a few minutes for the cashier to come back, they did and still did not acknowledge anything. I waited a couple more minutes and left. The original couple was still hashing out their order, and I figured the cashier was too busy talking to the other person behind the counter to handle customers. Wasted 7 min, went across 90 to Firehouse. I will say this, Jersey Mike’s did remind me of Jersey, rude and dirty.

Sandwich is great!! I ordered pick up and didn’t check my bag. I wasn’t aware that you had to get your own napkins because there wasn’t any in the bag. Sandwiches are great but messy! 😉
