Shout out to the workers tonight who made my food! I waited almost 10 minutes to be addressed even though there was only one person in the drive way and they were being given their food. Finally put my order in took another 10 minutes or so to get a chicken sandwich and some fries. Chicken sandwhich is almost black fries are cold and dripping grease! Dont waste your time or money!

I do not recommend. I walked from my hotel for a quick meal. I mean how hard is it to mess up a chicken sandwich and fries?? Walk up order was pleasant. Girl greeted me friendly and was great the entire interaction. I ordered a number 8 deluxe chicken sandwich meal. Waited probably 15 minutes for my food left a 5$ tip for the 3 employees present. Got back to my hotel chicken was burnt so bad I couldn’t eat it not to meation i was supposedto have baconbon itvbut there was none to be found , fries tasted like they had been cooked 3 times in grease. Just got somewhere else… this place isn’t worth it.

Worst service of my life. Tall Man at the window was cursing and using profanity at me for simply existing. Handed the drinks to me stacked on top of one another and expected me to carry it without a cup holder. Would not give me his name and made fun of my disability. This definitely is against company policy. I will be reporting to corporate!!

I’m usually a pretty fair reviewer as you can see my history but this place was the absolute worst. Dont make the same mistake as myself and make sure you listem to the reviews like I didnt. I literally have nothing good to say about the food or service. Ordered food and literally waited almost 30 minutes for 3 items. A hamburger, chicken sandwich, chicken buffalo tenders. Not only were all 3 things cold as ice they were so disgusting that I wouldn’t feed my dog this stuff. Owner I don’t know how your still in business but I would take some initiative and ownership of your store a little more instead of responding to reviews. It’s very clear this place is in bad shape and won’t be open long..Steer clear of this establishment.

Went to our local store in Gonzales, LA and the service I received at this location was not only horrible, the two young ladies that waited on me were rude and took off out of the building. With no one to wait on me. The gentleman had to come out of the kitchen to hand me the items that I ordered. The two ladies went out to the parking lot to someone’s vehicle and then over to sonic screaming and cutting up. 1-12/23, I decide to call the store manager(MAURICE) a call to let him know what I had experienced and was not given any doubt that they were in the right and had done nothing wrong, as the pictures speak for them selves. I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO STEER CLEAR OF THAT STORE.

Grabbed burgers there with coworkers before a meeting last week. Food was superb! Burgers were juicy, well-seasoned and fixed as we requested. Fries were fresh and seasoned perfectly as well. We got serviced in less than 5 minutes. Fast service with fresh, delicious food is how I sum up my first experience at this location. I will return soon.
