We had Unagi (eel) bowl, Salmon Bliss bowl, Spicy Kani rice ball, Shrimp Shumai, and the pork chashu bun, and pineapple boba drink. The rice bowls were pretty good, as was the rice ball. Pork bun was underwhelming (a little over cooked and not a lot of meat), a little pricey for what you get. Shumai was kind of a mushy paste inside and definitely not worth the $9 for 4 pcs. I’ve definitely had better for cheaper. Drink was not too sweet. I would give it 3.5 stars if I could.

Ordered today. Very low amounts of protein even compared to New York portions for poke. For reference I ordered extra protein and got three meagre scoops of fish. Order is mainly rice. Is drowned in a sauce I didn’t order. My advice? Focus on a few things rather than trying to do tea, noodles and poke all at once. Will return and adjust if they improve in the future.

I recently had an incredible meal at Sushi Burrito in downtown Summit! The vibe is casual and fun—perfect for a quick yet satisfying bite.
Food was generally fresh and flavorful. The sushi burrito I ordered had a perfect balance of ingredients and just the right amount of sauce. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their creative combinations!

The service and atmosphere of this quaint spot was on point. They serve poke bowls, ramen, sushi, and bubble tea. The bubble tea was decent and the sushi was okay. Unfortunately they only gave me 5 pieces of sushi on a small tray when I paid $8 for the seven pieces shown in the picture. I heard they usually give out larger portions so I assume there was a reasonable explanation for why. Overall impressed and you can even eat with their boba plushies too. I would downgrade this review to a 4 stars because of the sushi but they did give me a BOGO on the boba if I left a 5 star review.

This new spot just opened up, and it’s a great addition to the neighborhood! They offer a delicious variety of food—from fresh poke bowls, tasty rice bal, gyoza and my favorite premium beef bowl. It’s the perfect place to grab a drink and enjoy a meal. The staff are all incredibly kind and attentive—truly hardworking and welcoming. Highly recommend checking it out!

Food is good. Fresh ingredients. However, its preparation needs a little more attention to detail. $5 for a rice ball is a great deal. But $10 for a Bubble tea is too expensive. And I love bubble tea. This restaurant should consider adding a deal where if you buy a bubble tea you get a small dessert for 50% off to increase sales. The restaurant concept is confusing to me, someone who loves Asian food.

Their bubble tea was good, but it took quite long (~15 minutes) to make this one drink.
