The atmosphere and service were top notch. There were plenty of tables and chairs for all to be comfortable. The service staff was kind, accommodating, and checked back with the table often. The tater tots were deep fried, crispy, and delicious. The pumpkin pancakes were good as well. I look forward to trying Our Deli & Cafe again.

Phoenixville location -Had the chicken salad on rye and Hubby had Tuna salad on toast. Exactly what we hoped it would be. Delicious deli sandwich. Chicken salad with celery. Very tasty. Update- Went back for the cheesesteak. Might be the best we’ve had in PVille!

Just opened. Two compliments. First, FAST service and the house was packed. Not a simple order either but arrived so quickly. While paying I noticed why this happened, a huge team in the kitchen cooking. Second, rare find is a deli/diner omelette that is fluffy. Personally I know the secret but usually they are crack, still and fried. Omelettes very good. Happy to have another great breakfast place to enjoy.

I work In the Malvern/West Chester/Exton area twice a year and this is my go to spot for breakfast… not to knock the area but it’s unusually hard to find really really good breakfast sandwiches/hero’s out here… maybe that’s the Long Island & NYC in me but this spot feels like my deli back home and for that reason I’ll drive 6-10 miles to start my day here! 10/10 recommend

Back parking lot might be less stressful. Front parking lot is tight and right on a very busy Lancaster Avenue, and is head-in. Backing up to leave the space can be a little scary.

My husband’s favorite deli. He goes so often to get his favorite sandwich and they know exactly how to make it for him. I love going there for breakfast for their omelets. Of course they have fresh daily soups and other typical deli menu items as well. The staff has always been very friendly and I find that the food comes out pretty quick. Great for to-go items as well.
