The staff and service at the Payne Ave location is fantastic, the food was hot, cheesy and just hit the spot! Pizza Hut like it used to to be back in the old days! The wonderful lady at the counter suggested we get the cheesy breadsticks, normally we don’t do breadsticks but I’m so glad I listened to her suggestion! They were devoured! Totally worth the trip to drive a little extra out here from Williamsville/Amherst just for their excellent service!

Horrible!!! Ordered some food here and the bacon looked like just chunks of un cooked fat!!! SOOOO DISGUSTING I called the store and they didn’t answer the phone but after the 3rd call when they finally did they had an attitude and said there’s no way that they gave us this!!! They were not even willing to have me drive it back…. So here’s your review and here are some pictures to prove it… I’ll never go back here to this disrespectful disgusting place again… they just opened and if this is how you are doing business… ye you guys will be the next failing business in North Tonawanda!!!! DO BETTER

Not the pizza hut of before. Quality is right in line with little Ceasars and domino’s. A little more expensive than those 2 also. Better off with a local, not chain pizzeria.

I made an order for pick up. I got there food was ready. I picked up and got in my car…….wait a minute where’s my 2L Pepsi and my boneless wings???
Got out my car ask for the rest of my food items and left. Smh I literally watch her check my order and gave it to me as if she actually fulfilled the order . Always check to make sure you have all your food.

I tried to order on door dash and it was not accepting the coupons, I called this location and the woman and manager both helped me,
And gave me the online price. I did drive to get it because door dash is charging double what it states in Pizza Hut.com
