I visited the Little Caesars on 8902 Taft Street in Pembroke Pines on January 14th for a mobile pickup order. I ordered the Old World Pepperoni pizza, which was supposed to have significantly more pepperoni than the standard option, and it was priced $5 more. However, when I picked up the pizza at night, I was disappointed to find that it had far less pepperoni than even the regular $5 pepperoni pizza. The pizza didn’t resemble the advertised photo at all, and the quality was quite disappointing. Additionally, the in-store experience wasn’t great; the employee on duty appeared disengaged and unapproachable, which made the overall experience less pleasant. Overall, I was very dissatisfied and would appreciate a refund. Their has been so many times i have been to this location that it’s been problems. My order number is 1187764

Ordered 2 pizzas, it looked like bread, barely had any cheese and tasted really bad.
Ordered also a regular pepsi, they just had diet pepsi. They need to improve their quality and service, so the customer walks out taking with what they actually paid for.

This deserves a zero. Placed an online order. Waited an additional 20 minutes because my order wasn’t placed and I received undercooked food after waiting a total of 45 minutes. My grandson had to wait another 20 minutes after waiting an hour already so that I could cook the pizza and breadsticks. If I knew I had to wait so long for undercooked food I would have made my own food at home.

Walking in here at 8:05pm there here 2 man & a women in the back speaking spanish. 1 young boy boxing pizzas for the 4 people that was already waiting. At 8:15pm that’s when the man in the back finish this conversation with tge lady & and went to assistance the young boy in boxing tge other orders,so he was able to take my order. No pizza was ready at all they stated I had to wait another 10 min after place the order. Smh customer service was poor no apology on the long wait time.

This location sucks. I place an order online and there was no option to change the crust or have them put light sauce on the pizza so I’ll call and ask the guy if you could do it for me. He said yeah when I get to the location everything I ask for then they didn’t do it and plus I was willing to tip them cash and pay for the extra request I wanted smh

I thought hell had frozen over. First time this place had a pizza ready once I arrived. With all the excitement I went home 15 min away, and placed the box on the table about to dig in to only find out the pizza was as hard as a rock! Had to drive 15 minutes back and wait an additional 30 minutes for my pizza. WORST PLACE EVER!

This is the worst experience ever, this place is run by a bunch of high schoolers who dont know what they are doing. Preordered online 30 min before getting to the place. Once there another 30 minutes. You can see the guys on the back playing with their phones and moving as slow as like the pink panther, this is ridiculous. Asked how long they reply, as long as it takes. Place is empty which even worst.
