We were greeted with smiles and great attitudes, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We started with the salad bar, it was all extremely fresh and well stocked. We had already placed our order before hitting the salad bar (Philly’s and fries) they timed it perfectly, our food arrived just as we finished our salads. The Philly’s were absolutely amazing. The portion of meat was very generous, the peppers and onions were so fresh and sweet, the bun grilled just right. It comes with a large portion of fresh & crispy fries that hit the spot perfectly.
I can’t say enough about Thomas & Miss Taylor, truly salt of the earth folks & absolutely gracious hosts. Whether you want comfort food or steak & seafood, they’ve got you covered and are sure to please. Give them a try and you won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for a good atmosphere do not come here. Everyone was nice there were just no other customers here with no music or even Tvs playing. It just feels like an abandoned cabin in the woods. The food took quite a while to come out and when it got to us it wasn’t anything spectacular it honestly just tasted like football field food.

Under new leadership with a revoked liquor license due to an involvement with the ATF, also was not open when advertised so cant leave a food review. Hope they get their stuff together because it is a beautiful setting with a giant cypress swamp behind it

This is NOT a bar and NOT a restaurant! Hamburgers, hotdogs, and the fish is NOT real fish! NO soup and salad bar, no steak and seafood, no alcohol (due to no license), no entertainment other than the owners snotty nose kids running around. ABSOLUTELY disgusting, I can sit outside, cook my own hamburger the way I like it without fear of food contamination from a toddler, and let my dog entertain me than visit this so called “restaurant”. Save your time and money folks, it’s NOT the same Coleman’s we know and love, it’s dirty, cold, the food is nasty and waiter/waitress (whatever IT was) IS NOT appealing nor were the owners that walked around with their dirty, snotty children!!!

Our first visit was exceptional! I had the pic 3 appetizers for $14.99 and had 8 oysters, 8 gator & 2 cheese sticks. Great food, great service!
Tonight, our second visit was horrible. I got a pic 2 Entree for $24.99, and I had 4 oysters and a few gator….and it was chewy. Our server played on her phone as she vapid, not checking on us once. I had to call out to her for our check. Horrible!

The salad bar was nice as was the sampler appetizer platter. Waitress was good. Our dinners were a little less than spectacular. The fish and crab cakes were very mushy and my ribeye was so thin it was too hard not to overcook it. To top it off, we could not get a drink in the bar after dinner to save our lives. Bartender had all kinds of time for her regulars but couldn’t be bothered to see what the new folks at the bar wanted.

We were lucky enough while staying at Coleman Lake Campground to enjoy this little jewel tucked away in rural Georgia. At the time of our visit this restaurant with attached bar was only open 3 days over the weekend. The food was excellent, I had fried oysters platter, my husband had the ribeye steak sandwich. The portions were generous and the food delicious. I particularly liked the salad bar because they used a spring mix instead of plain ice burg lettuce. With the attached bar, we enjoyed our favorite alcoholic beverages with our meal. The service was excellent and the atmosphere, quaint and homey. Prices were very reasonable.

Absolutely love this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious! Service was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. We tried the gator tail bites and they were perfect. The shrimp was plump and juicy and not over cooked. Our fish was flakey and cooked exactly as requested. We left satisfied with the entire experience!
