The worst Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Ordered lavender Oatmilk matcha and couple of other drinks. The cashier wasn’t too happy about working here, not a smile. Wanted pumpkin muffin but she said they are out of it in kinda rude way. When the order was ready saw that the matcha didn’t had lavender cold foam on top, asked a barista and he said they are out of it, some other barista was nice enough, she offered to remake it with other available cold foams.

I make this Starbucks location my go-to every morning on my way to work and I have never received anything but the best service! I see a couple people more regularly than others and they are so personable and friendly and make the experience enjoyable! There have been a few times that there was an issue with my order or I needed help with my order and they have always handled the situation with amazing professionalism and kindness! Honestly, I am not a fan of big corporations and given what’s going on in our country right now, I would’ve stopped supporting Starbucks months ago if it weren’t for the staff! And, I am sure I am not alone! It’s 100% the staff that makes the experience and as long as they’re working there I will be a customer! I don’t know what they make but they all deserve raises and bonuses!

Customer service was not great. I order a coffee with French vanilla syrup, cream, 1 brown sugar, and whip cream. She forgot the whip cream and tried to over charge me for grande coffee. This isn’t the first time at this establishment. Never again

This starbucks takes forever. If I spend $8.00 on a lavender matcha, I expect there to be the lavender cold foam. I would’ve asked to get it remade but it already took over 10 mins.

Didn’t get what we ordered, tasted terrible and there were mixes of other coffee flavorings in it. The entire staff just gave us mean looks the whole time and were rude. Will definitely not be returning to this location

Drove through around 11:30am today. Ordered a hot latte. Drink was hot with plenty of foam and the girl at the window was super friendly.

Usually don’t review places, I go to this Starbucks pry frequently, always solid. Sometimes might forget some cold foam, or something minor, but no real complaints. However, today, my interaction with the drive thru barista was worth the time to review, and I really hope management sees this. Cody was the drive thru barista, and his energy, attitude and demeanor was amazing. I had just a 20 second interaction of getting my drinks (mobile order) but he brought great energy. I can only imagine this is the type of service and energy corporate starbucks dreams of having at every store. I had a great experience there today, and his positive vibes were a highlight. I didnt feel like a bother for having an order they had to make, but instead felt like valued and important. Idk. I hope he gets some recognition. Its easy to tone it down when you’re busy and in the middle of the shift, but Cody didnt.

Order took forever. Three people working their tails off so clearly NOT their fault. Manager must need some direction. My daughter who was a barista for starbucks asked for a transfer to this store when she moved home from college. She called and checked in multiple times. Manager didn’t even have the courtesy to let her know so she found employment elsewhere after being with Starbucks several years. Bummer for them because as evidenced by the service today…the team needs help. This is exactly why young staff quit..they shoulder the weight of being understaffed. Drink was good. Management needs training! Waited nearly 30 minutes for a mobile order. Manager should have known because they were running an add for buy one get one free!
