The Great Satan
I technically like the food here but it’s just so underwhelming. The only thing I can think of is that the sandwich I got was just not that juicy. It needs barbecue sauce or some kind of sauce to add moisture to the food. I shouldn’t have to rely on my drink to remove the dryness of the food. Also the food costs more than the other businesses around it, but you do get more food. I get why it cost more, but then at the same time when your sandwich is super dry and you’re not that tempted to finish it what’s the point?

Went here for lunch today (March 23, 2021) with my husband. We ordered plain subs meaning no lettuce, tomato, or mayo. We explained that we only wanted meat and cheese, and both wanted regular sizes. The worker put the size in wrong by mistake and then fixes it. We hear the sub makers yell “of course they changed their mind it’s a regular now!” We get our subs and they both are covered with mayo and stuff, which was fine until they were rude about it, the lady basically yelled at me telling me to tell her what’s wrong and what I need on it… They just scrapped it off of my husband’s but remade mine. Overall the food was decent but staff very rude.

Food court should be Open until 8pm. 12 hour shifts usually change at 6:30-7pm. With traffic and getting to the base sometimes it’s too close to stop prior to shift. Maybe consider adjusting hours to support the mission for the shift workers and those getting off work later in the day. Not only will you likely see an increase in sales and traffic, but you’re sure to see happier shift workers.. many of whom cannot leave base to get food while on shift.

Just witnessed the worker be so rude to the little old man in front of me, whom is probably a veteran, since we were on base. Anyways, he wanted to order the regular Philly cheese steak, which is a #1. He told her he wanted a #1, she asked him if he wanted the drink and fries, he said no, then she told him “then you need to not say you want a #1 if you just want the sandwich”
Never is it okay to have an attitude with a customer like that. I will be filling out every form I need to to try to not have that situation happen again. I won’t publicly say the workers name on here.

Very rude staff (cookline not cashier). Food is O.K. for what it is, pretty pricey too for what you’re getting. Pretty disrespectful to my wife who is in the military. Considering this location is on a military base you think you could expect better.

Terrible. Been couple months, but the sandwich I got 2 times were both soooo salty that I couldn’t finish. Since I like Charley’s, I gave the benefit of doubt the first time, but I was wrong. The guy needs to calm down with the salt/seasoning shaker.
