Only one lane was opened in the drive thru, creating traffic to be backed up. In order not to block I went to the curbside space and waited for 20 mins. No one came to state anything so I called the store and said one burner was not working. 20 + mins wait for 2 happy meals is beyond reasonable.

unfortunately i can’t leave anything under 1 star but time and time again this mcdonald’s fails literally everyone. wrong orders, they’ll send you to the window to wait another 15 minutes for one item. i have gotten out of my vehicle multiple times and walked up to the window seeking assistance only for them to turn you away. every. single. time. they literally suck so bad by the time you get your food you don’t even want it anymore. better off going eles where

This has to be, without exaggeration, one of the worst McDonald’s locations not only in the United States but possibly in the world. I do not recommend eating here at all.
They have completely changed the concept of fast food. It is not even slow food anymore, it is very slow food. Orders are almost always wrong, which is unbelievable but unfortunately true.
It is hard to believe that a franchise like McDonald’s allows a location with such poor service to operate.

ordered the new gold deluxe chicken sandwich but excluded the pickles. when i got home i open my sandwich to see they only gave me the chicken sandwich when i paid for a deluxe which includes bacon tomatoes and lettuce. it wasn’t an issue of being rushed because there was a long line because even the worker themselves told us it was slow that night. not the first time my order is wrong in this mcdonald’s.

Consistently missing BBQ sauce in drive thru orders. I request it every time and always remind the staff, but it still doesn’t make it into the bag, regardless of the day or who’s working. Please improve order accuracy.

Went there and paid for a couple of meals that came with 1 medium milkshake and 2 large. Which were the SAME VOLUME they didn’t even fill it past the lid. And when we ask they said it’s “just the machine that does it” like if they can’t just add a little more? I paid more just to have 2 large and didn’t have a difference

Just visiting from Denver this McDonald’s Donald’s was great inside and outside very clean . The service was great one staff member brought the food we ordered to our table. I would recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.

I went into that McDonald’s and I ordered a classic cheeseburger cause I was little at the time, but when I got it it was a regular Burger I went to the server and told them that my order was wrong and then when they checked it, they said oh, it must’ve been a mistake and then they finally gave but then, again, with my older brother I went back must’ve been like five months after the incident and the same thing happen again I went back to the server and he was the same guy I told him that what I ordered was a cheeseburger and not a hamburger and when he checked The order he said it was correct I clearly remembered ordering a cheeseburger and not a hamburger!!! So then I had to buy another burger and then they finally gave me my cheeseburger. I would eat here, but if there was another one down the street, I’d go to the other one this one’s kind of mediocre.
