The food menu is great and has a lot of delicious options. One of my personal favorites is the pretzel. It is always warm, soft, and pairs perfectly with their drinks. The quality of the food is consistently good and it is clear they put thought into their menu.
As a brewery, they also have a great beer selection. If you enjoy trying different styles, I definitely recommend getting a flight so you can sample a few options. They also make good cocktails, so there is something for everyone whether you prefer beer or mixed drinks.
The staff are always attentive, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Service is quick and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.
Overall, Broken Symmetry is a great local spot for good food, great beer, and a fun casual atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area.
+ the buttermilk chicken melt
+ the pretzel
+ kimchi arranci
+ buffalo dip eggrolls
There’s actually some super cool history about this place! Way back in the day it used to be train station for hauling lumber. The train still passes but never stops. Prior to be being a brewery it was an abandoned bike shop.
The brewmaster and owner has an extensive background in aerospace engineering. If you order a flight, I definitely recommend:
+ pale blue dot
+ axion
+ nimbus
+ courage
They had a nice selection ranging from IPA’s to stouts!
12/10 recommend visiting this tasty trackside brewery!
