First time here. Five of us, five orders. The food was good. My daughter and I enjoyed our buttery burger. My granddaughter loved her grilled cheese sandwich. My niece enjoyed the fiery chicken.

Always a good burger & fries or kid’s meal. No heavy feeling in the stomach like I got from the Golden Arches & these burgers have flavor! Daily frozen custard flavors provide a surprise! Very clean. Counter staff are very friendly & upbeat! Good value.

Poorly managed location. Only have problems when I visit this particular one. The employees are disengaged and obviously don’t care enough about customers to ensure that they get what they pay for. No cheesecake in my concrete mixer, just stale pieces of brownie that were hard as a rock. I received a pumpkin shake instead of the cocoa concrete mixer I ordered. Two totally different things. The mac and cheese was…well just look at the photo. Reached out and did a survey snd received the lousiest response from the location first to offer a value meal, then to refund the Mac and cheese. What a joke! Just keep my money, I won’t be back

Ryan went out of his way to make sure I was able to get exactly what I wanted delivered in a snow storm. He answered the phone in a welcoming friendly manor. He made me feel cared for. The order was correct and super hot. It made my day because I needed dinner after a failed road trip. I had to pivot while driving in a snow storm having us find the nearest hotel to sleep in and needing dinner nearby. Ryan made my day and the experience 10 times better giving all the circumstance. (I got the beef pot roast sandwich with no bun and added brown gravy as well as mashed potatoes/gravy/and broccoli).

I debated writing this because I’m an extremely understanding person but I am so incredibly sick of getting the wrong order, missing items, no sauce, and many other issues. I don’t know why but every single time I go here something is wrong or missing. In fact every time my husband ask me to grab culvers all I do is grumble because I just know theres 100% chance of having a bad experience.
Also every single time I do the curbside order I sit in the parking lot for over 30 min each time (and yes I do the check in properly). I always have to go inside to get it after waiting forever. Whats supposed to be a fast pick up after a long day of work turns into a 45 min ordeal. Their excuse is always “we were just about to bring it out”. Then I stand there for another 15 min while they make it. Overall I’ve just decided to never go back. I cant deal with it anymore.

Went and got a triple burger with bacon everything was good and got the root beer is my favorite. Had to get the custard after it’s always so good and a good experience every time I go.

The food was delicious
We didn’t have to wait very long for our order. I didn’t see a way to order from our table like I have seen at other Culver locations so had to order at the counter. However, since they weren’t too busy there wasn’t a problem finding a seat. Getting out of the parking lot could be an issue due to the traffic flow is at certain times of the day.

For the price, food was fantastic. Burgers were a little salty(for my preference). The place was super busy, and we still got our food fast. The house rootbeer was super good, and the fries were great. If we had these in California, I’d come back for sure.

Went through the drive-through yesterday and ordered two large strawberry shakes. I Paid over $12 for both of them and was very disappointed. The shakes were not thick at all and weren’t even that cold . Tasted like a light whipped cream Like they had no substance to them.
