I ordered two meals on DoorDash they forgot to include fries for both. Vanessa answered and as soon as I said, “I got two online orders” she hung up on me. I called back she answered and said nothing, I called again and she let the phone ring. I don’t understand why people like her get jobs in customer service and have horrible attitudes if you don’t like your job get a new one. SIMPLE.

I have no clue why this has poor ratings, I had bone in wings delivered and they were still good when they arrived. The fries were a little soggy from the steam, but that is to be expected with delivery and they came right back to life in my oven while I ate the wings.
I tried four of the sauces:
Nashville hot: did not work extremely well on the bone-in wings, but I have a feeling it would be good on boneless
Buffalo: was good, if it wasn’t I would have given 3 stars
sweet Chili: tastes EXACTLY like Asian zing from BWW, but a little less hot
honey sriracha: good, tastes like I expected it to.

I love wings, favs are buffalo joes (Evanston), Birds Nest (Arlington Heights) and Lou’s. We ordered two orders of bone in wings— one was a little soggy one was cooked perfectly (a little crispy). Both tasted like they were deep fried in the same oil as tortilla chips, which I later found out they were bc the order is fulfilled by Chilis with IJW as a pseudonym. Not bad, not great, but worthwhile for the price.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from Uber Eats. This place is not worth your money. I ordered multiple flavors of bone in chicken wings and the consistency of the fried skin on every wing was very soggy, similar to chicken left in water. The seasoning was done horribly on the dry rubs with it being too salty to consume. Wings with sauce was inconsistently smothered and tasted like cheap generic grocery sauce. The food is cheaper than other places by a little bit but unless you want food that resembles a dish assembled by your grand-kids, I would suggest taking your money elsewhere. I am certain the random good reviews are left by their friends or family because I cannot imagine any smart consumer paying money for food of this quality. As someone who is not picky with food, it was shockingly bad enough for me to toss away every after a few bites of each. They also include the fries in the same container as the chicken so it too becomes very soggy and saturated with the cheap generic awful flavors/consistency of the wings. HORRIBLE rating. Nothing wrong with their service just terrible food.

Our server’s name was Mia. Food was ok but her service Horrible!! I was there with my family and she seemed annoyed when she took our order, barely said anything and towards the end of our meal we had to ask the host for our dessert because we didn’t know where she was. She finally came to clean our table and snatched the menus from under my mother’s arm without saying a word. As we were exiting the table to leave she stands behind my mother waiting for her to move with a nasty attitude. She still got a very good tip but we Will not come back to this location.

Awful, squishy, worst of the worst wings I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t dare feed to even a homeless dog for fear it would get sick. The fries were as salty as the Dead Sea. If I could do a negative star I would.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad, this place is great!!! The chicken is crispy, the fries and sauces are great, and it all tastes so good! Definitely give it a try, it was super good and such a fair price. I never even leave reviews but once seeing the reviews on this place I had to!

Not a very good boneless wings. My wings were not very crispy and seemed very under cooked. I ordered the garlic parmesan wings.
