My Wife and I met our Son and Daughter in law at Pizza Hut – Herington to get our 15 month old Grandson for a couple of days.
Grandson was a little crabby and Royce went out of his way to make us comfortable and brought a Pizza Hut ball to our Grandson to help.

I order a large stuffed crust cheese pizza and 16 bone out honey wing and cheese bread sticks with a side salad and the delivery time was going to be 7:33 pm they didn’t show up until 7:50 pm and I had Luke warm food nothing was hot I had to reheat it up so that my family could eat… I used to work for the food industry for (16 years) and customer service so I get that places do get busy someone should inform customer that they orders might take a bit longer then time given on the web site or called to place the order with have ski high food prices still and budgeting finances just to treat your family with a dinner out just to have Luke warm food… I’m just disappointed … It will be while before I order again…

Had a friend that broke down waiting here for me to come pick them up. The people were very accommodating and helpful. The food was good and the staff offered to help if they could. The parking is ample for anyone, even big rigs. Very convenient.

Great service! We ordered 14 pizzas to be delivered to the football game and then called and asked to be delivered ASAP and they had them all ready and delivered within 30 minutes. They were a great crew to work with and very professional.

We ate there last night. The service was great and the food was great. Our server was Dillon, and he did a good job of explaining which specials we might be interested in. We were in town for a music program, but I’m glad we came early and enjoyed some pizza!

Staff is made up of friendly, good people who seem to be working hard. However, this location (maybe it’s the whole franchise?) seems outrageously expensive. I know inflation is tough, but Pizza Hut seems to have rapidly outpaced competitors in price. There are virtually no “deals” at this location, when I know of other locations that offer affordable specials. This location seems to opt out. If you want a single topping pizza with a reasonable amount of cheese, you are looking at almost $20. The pizza is good, but it’s not that good.

People were nice, place was clean,, Nice TV’s around and football was on.
Pizza in this chain though has nose dived in quality.. They put no sauce on it and toppings are just BLAH..
Wings are a joke,,, all the sauce is grease and water and runs to bottom of bowl
Not these folks fault,, Seems all the pizza huts are same way. Its a corporate issue.

So glad we were able to stop for dinner when everything else was closed. The staff was so nice and helpful with the latest deal. Fast and friendly. Our waitress was great!
