The pizzas and breadsticks that we ordered was under done, like was still dough that was slightly brown on the bottom. The toppings was barely heated. It was like they had the oven turned to low or the chain set to high.

Edit- Are the cheese makers on strike? I didn’t say anything last time, but I’m done. IF I order a pizza without cheese that’s what I expect, not if I don’t. And half a cup of dipping sauce. Your bottom line won’t get better if you cheat your customers. Ridiculous. Won’t be back.
The food is always good, I just wish that they would remember napkins when bringing my order to the car or handing through the window. It’s carry-out. Napkins will probably be needed.

Walked in wanting to order a pizza. Stood there 20 minutes. Two employees were out front one in back that I could see. The lady at the register seemed to be trying to correct a problem there while on the phone while the other was watching. No one said anything when I walked in. I walked out drove around the one way street to Domino’s and headed home with pizza within 13 minutes.

Poor customer service. Walked in and the gentleman didn’t even make eye contact with me or talked to me until I said “hello I’m ready?” Then other workers literally kept telling me to get off my phone. Like what??? Last Thursday was my 3rd time stopping by this location in a month and was also my 3rd time having to wait over 30 minutes for two regular pizzas. The other two times I was waiting for about an hour. There was hardley anyone here this last time and my order sat on the counter for half an hour because they asked me to pull around, but then forgot what I was driving. All of the workers were on their phones when I finally went in to see about my food. They were so busy on their phones they hardley payed attention to me and acted rude when I was upset about their horrible service. I highly recommend NOT coming here, I know I won’t be again, which is disappointing because I’ve always enjoyed little ceasars. I truly hope the owner can find decent management and staff before this place plummets even more.

I would like to give the manager a . A customer that had someone else place an online order for her and pay for it; returned her pizza saying it was not what her friend ordered for her. He explained that was selected online. She continued to argue she didn’t eat a “veggie” pizza.
After several minutes of her being loud. She requested he return her pizza which was order wrong by her friend and make her what she wanted. He explained to her they would have to credit the card and her friend would have to reorder the pizza. She just wanted to pay the extra $ for the pizza she desired. He said he could not do it that way. He had to follow the protocol for the process.
She started raising her voice telling him repeatedly the customer is always right. And he was being hostile to her. Which he did not do. So hats off to you for not loosing your cool. FYI our pizza and wings were fabulous!!

Only one pizza looked like it was actually cooked the cashier wasn’t paying attention at all n wasn’t trying to hear anything I had to say or order. The first pizza was cold like it was sitting there for a while half of it had fluffy crust n the other half was thin crust I only ordered 2 large 3 meat treat pizzas how hard could that have been

Hot and ready in 5 minutes?? False advertisement for this location! Ordered the Pepperoni pizza puffs (which are not big) paid and then was told it would be a 30 minute wait… After an hour, go inside for an update, was offered a complimentary drink, in which I refused and still had to wait 10 more minutes for my order. Customer service, communication and wait time– The absolute worst.

Had the worst experience I’ve ever had here. Came and got my kids some pizza for the dinner. Sat in the drive-thru for about 35 minutes. Then I was asked after I paid to go and park my car in the front and it should take 10 to 15 minutes and they would bring out my stuff. 25 30 35 minutes later, I walked in to ask what was going on and she just handed me my stuff. Like you had been sitting there the entire time!!!
