Mechelle, affectionately called MeMe, loves to cook and has been dedicated to the science of great food. She fulfilled her dream of owning and operating a restaurant in Springdale, Utah and opened MeMe’s Café in July 2012 with family and friends. MeMe’s is located in the Springdale downtown area within walking distance of most hotels, on the shuttle system (stop 5), and surrounded by the beauty of Zion, shops and galleries. The handpicked small batch beer offerings, 8oz 100% Angus burgers, large unique crepes, and in house-made sauces make this a great restaurant that will have something for the whole family. Amaaazing food! The chili verde sauce is excellent, and the chicken and basil crepe was savory and delicious. MeMe was super accommodating for our all dietary restrictions, and we really appreciate the extra care taken to check ingredients before serving them (wheat, soy, egg, and dairy concerns for one family member. Will definitely be coming back for breakfast!

All was so good! Just what we needed before our morning hikes! Food was tasty, cooked well, and settled great! Drip coffee was really good, refill as needed the views outside were awesome, overall atmosphere very pleasant.
Service was good, the cashier/waitress was nice and ensured we had all we needed with our food. Definitely a great way to start the day!

Oh, what a wonderful little gem this place is. Not only is the food genuinely excellent, but the hosts make you feel genuinely cared for. I arrived a bit before opening on a cold, rainy mid-November morning, and they welcomed me in without hesitation, preparing food for me—exactly the warmth and sustenance I needed in that moment.
The coffee was rich and comforting, and the vegi omelette was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully made. But what truly stayed with me was the atmosphere. The walls were decorated with classy clocks, each one quietly ticking away, creating an unexpected emotional connection. In that space, every click felt like a memory being made or remembered—beautifully nostalgic and grounding.
This is the kind of place that lingers with you long after you leave. I’ll definitely be coming back. A beautiful breakfast spot in a beautiful location, with heart, warmth, and soul to match.

My husband and I visited here for breakfast twice on our week long vacation to Zion, we had Savannah & Catherine as our servers and they were wonderful! The food was absolutely fantastic! I think my favorite thing (besides the quick service and phenomenal views) was the salt & pepper grinders they had at every table. Every other place seems to have the normal salt & pepper shakers which are nothing special, they had the nice grinders which I appreciate more than I should!

We had a wonderful experience at Meme’s Café ! The food was fresh, delicious, and perfect after a long day of exploring Zion. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service truly stands out. The servers were quick, attentive, and very nice throughout our visit, making the meal even more enjoyable. The bbq crepe is amazing as are the salads. So fresh and so many vegetables. You can’t beat the view either. Outside seating in the evening is perfect. Loved it! Claudia and Jailin took great care of us. We look forward to returning!

I attended a small wedding dinner at Meme’s in October and was so impressed with their care and customer service. They made the couple feel truly special and designed some gorgeous charcuterie boards. The other food we ate was also delicious. One guest said the jalapeño popper burger changed his life! Serious praise.

Hands down the best place I’ve eaten at during my time in Utah! The teriyaki burger was amazing, and everyone at my table loved their food. The cafe was adorable, we sat outside and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Catherine was our server and she was wonderful! The service was quick and the experience overall great.
