Cant speak to other reviews of customer service bc I don’t go in the mornings. But I’ve never had a problem at this CJ’s, except speed but thats not a huge complaint for me. It’s actually one of the better ones in the East Bay, they have plenty of customization options that aren’t offered at most other locations, which is why I come here often.

When ordering “Joanna” cut me off and said have a nice day? Unbelievably dismissed me from ordering. I simply asked how much an item was and questioned why didn’t she give me the price promoted on the window. She said I didn’t ask for the promo only the regular item price. I only hope Pablo who She said was her boss reads this for corrective action and training. This Livermore Carl Jr needs to do better. Crazy someone in customer facing acts this way.

Went through drive through and an employee of yours named Joshua helped me and you just don’t get customer service like that anymore. He was so polite, helpful, and smiley. Food was good, fries were hot burger was perfect but the service has me not wanting to come back! Cashier was rude her hair was down and everytime i looked she was on her phone i ate at the restaurant so i was there for about 45 min this whole time this girl was so rude to customers on the drive thru screaming at them slamming the window and she wouldnt get off her phone my food was ready for a few minutes i saw it come out but she wont give it to me because shes to bussy on her phone.. what a shame that even during hard times like this people dont apprecite the opportunities they have… i definately would think twice about coking here again sorry

Dude with side of his head shaved and a slick back hair style had an attitude! I don’t understand. Every other Carl’s Jr I have been to, I never had this problem. First of all, I don’t get to pay for food until I’ve sat at the window for what seems about 5 minutes. Just sit there after I’ve ordered thru the drive thru. Second of all, as I’m counting my change to give him, he’s making drum beats with his hands on counter, In a subtle gesture that says “hurry up” last of all, apart from his lack of enthusiasm or should I say, decency, I was served 2 milkshakes that were not even made all the way. Total price for 2 small burgers and 2 shakes were $17.60 after taxes! At least make my food right, if I’m paying that much! I’m talking ice cream on the bottom half and barely any Oreo on the top half. Phone was dead or else I would have taken a picture. Get it together guys!
