After a couple of visits, I love it. Several dishes and appetizers later, the food is always good. Bathrooms are always clean and wait times aren’t too bad even during busy times.
I don’t really like sitting next to the bar during lunch. They neglect you sometimes if they have people at the bar.
Overall, a great experience and plenty of parking. Right of the Expressway. 5 stars mang!

Here’s a review of my recent dinner at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen in Harlingen, Texas:
My recent dining experience at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen was largely positive. The food, for the most part, was fantastic. My steak was cooked exactly as ordered – a perfect medium rare – and the accompanying steamed broccoli was also spot on.
The sweet carrots, however, weren’t my favorite part of the meal. They were a little too sweet for my taste. On the other hand, the potato soup was quite good. My only wish is that Cheddar’s offered a wider variety of soups to choose from.
My Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, but unfortunately, it was overdressed. Next time, I’ll definitely ask for the dressing on the side.
Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, the overall quality of the food was great. Additionally, the service we received was very good.
All in all, I had a pleasant dinner at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen and would definitely recommend it.

Great last minute dinner after a long day at hospital. Ordered and food came fast n hot. Staff was on point. Got a table fairly quickly. Got the croissants and they were delightful. Son said hamburger was amazing.

I stopped by during lunch and ordered the beer-battered fish from the lunch menu. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The beer batter was more like chicken tender breading. It also felt so light and didn’t taste like much. The dish also came with fries and tarter sauce, which were okay. Overall, the food was just average, but the service was good, and the food arrived quickly. The interior was also clean and welcoming

This review is a bit over due as our entire family was here a couple of weeks ago to celebrate my mother’s birthday. From the appetizers to the desserts, it was all fantastic and well worth it. Our family has been to other Cheddar restaurants, but this one is by far the best. We were thankful to be served by Kevin as he went above and beyond to keep the drinks and food coming, continuously checking in on us and never once waivered from the special orders my family had. Thank you, Kevin, for being so awesome!
