1st time visitors. Service was fast and friendly. Adan (sp??) Was on the floor offering to take care of customers refills and making sure tables were clean. Sheldon helped us order and was very helpful since we have never been here. Food was really good, fries could have been hotter but tasted good. We will come back before leaving the area.

First off, my wife and I love In-N-Out, we live in Tennessee and they just opened a store about 45 minutes from our house, and it’s still worth the drive.
I just visited the location at Recker & 202 loop in AZ, after a bit of a drive, got the usual order a hamburger, frys, chocolate shake.
Hamburger was a disappointment, with two thick slices of tomato, and one very small leaf of lettuce.
We all know the meat is not the main event, but the fresh, lettuce, tomato and bun, that makes the burger.
I would suggest the cook slows down a bit and do their job, as they were trained.

Love love love us some In-N-Out!! So much that I ended up buying a small cooler, another suitcase and brought some back for friends and family. We don’t have good food like this in the upper Midwest. Sad we have to wait until mid March to have it again.

It’s been 20 years since I lived in California and enjoyed an In-N-Out burger. At 10:30 on a Saturday morning, everything was incredibly fresh and even better than I remembered. The service was outstanding. Compared to the prices at the golden arches, this is a much better value and the quality is in a different league. I won’t wait another 20 years.

Was craving some cheese fries and went to get some at our fave place. We have always had good service and good food. Except this time was different. We ordered through drive thru and picked it up, our receipt being printed with a time of 12:34 pm. Drive all the way home and start digging in. Realized one of the protein style burgers was covered in salt. Took a bite and choked, it was bad. But no worries, it happens. One mistake is no big deal. Except it wasn’t one mistake with this order. The cheese fries had a hair inside the cheese!! So gross! The only reason why we went and drove out to get food here and it had hair! I was upset at this point because they literally have the quote on the inside “Quality you can taste”. Not this time. Failed big time. I drove back to the restaurant to get this sorted out and when I got there, the only choice we were given was to have the burger and fries remade. No refunds? No compensation? Do you really think I want to eat the food anymore? You guys messed up and I had to drive back, wasting my time and my gas. The food that I left at home is cold and unwanted now. Since it has been an HOUR since this whole ordeal started. I am writing this on the way back to my house so it will be longer by the time I will actually get to eat.

Out of all the In n Out’s I’ve been to, this location was a BAD experience.
The burgers were extremely too salty.
The fries. Omg, too crispy that even the inside was all dried up, definitely an awful texture, and too hard to even chew!
