They think they can talk to customers how they want hollering across the restaurant while the lady up front is taking orders trying to hear what the customers order and she is confused waiting on someone to approve a $100 bill while customers stack up and they wanna talk about drama when I called them out the lady in the blue shirt lied and said they were talking about work. Others heard they weren’t talking about anything pressing. And they should never argue with customers. I will be filing a complaint about this to the corporate establishing if they want to lie your cameras caught it all and can be accessed. Theses young kids need to hold their tongue because until they have served or contribute to society they have no say to make excuses when the eyes see ears hear. Andthere were many adults that witnessed it. This was my favorite McDonald’s but the level of disrespect will be the downfall of your customer base. Ask the lady that was cooking fries she pretty much witnessed it seems like she thought it was wrong.
During my visit, my order was prepared incorrectly three separate times. On my first trip through the drive-thru, the manager appeared distracted, as her phone was ringing at the window, which was left unattended. When I returned after realizing that four items were incorrect, I calmly placed the incorrect items on my lap to show the mistake. At that point, the manager requested that I hand several food items back through the window, which I understand is against company policy.
Although the items were replaced, they were still incorrect. At that point, I chose not to return again and instead went home without the full order. Throughout this process, the manager was neither polite nor professional, which added to my frustration.
