Today 2/16 I Ordered Chicken wings w. veg fried rice, Shrimp and Broccoli, Four Chicken Wings and Large French fries, Kindness really does go a long way and I know YOU may be Dealing with a lot, BUT If I call your place of business to advise you that my french fries are overcooked and you hang up that is completely unacceptable.
I don’t quite understand where those comments complaining about this lady being rude are coming from. My mom comes to this store often, and the person at the front counter has changed before—I think she’s the best! The store has also been getting better and better, especially the fried rice and white rice. Before, the fried rice was often burnt, and the white rice tasted undercooked! When I saw the picture the lady posted, I totally understood. My mom also works multiple jobs, and anyone who works diligently and conscientiously can come across as serious unintentionally—it’s a sign of responsibility! What’s more, this lady has to take orders while also keeping an eye on the food in the fryer. Naturally, she’d prefer customers to tell her what they want quickly, directly, and clearly, instead of taking their time.
I sincerely suggest that if you’re spending money on food not for the quality of the food itself, but for good service, you shouldn’t choose a takeout spot. No takeout place provides emotional service! You’d be better off choosing the kind of restaurant where you sit down, have a dedicated server attending to you, trying to please you in hopes of a generous tip.
To keep our food quality high and prices fair in today’s tough economy, we’ve shifted to a small team. Our front staff is now a one-person hub — handling orders, payments, frying, cooking, and packaging, all at once.
If our employee seems serious, speaks quickly, or can’t always smile, it’s because she’s making sure your food is made fresh and right — not because she doesn’t care.
We’re doing our best to serve you well under real pressure. Thank you for your support and understanding.
And if you feel this isn’t a reason to lack a smile, and you don’t like it — that’s absolutely fine. It’s your right. Your money, your choice.”
Apparently there’s a sign justifying why she acts like she does and to accept it due to her hectic days but there was no one there yet she still treats you bad. First and last time I will ever go there just because of her.
