Food was great. Bang bang shrimp was delicious -and also a very large serving. Corn chowder was great-not too heavy and had a little spice. Brussel sprout salad was excellent. Chowder and salad both came with fish sampler platter —that also came with choice of sides. It was less than the cost of one entree at many restaurants. ($45). Had so much leftover food!
Jeremy was an amazing and professional waiter. He was very accomodating and super responsive to our requests. Highly recommend!

We are in Orlando for a conference. From NYC so used to unbelievable atmosphere, food and service and not generally impressed by the restaurants in Orlando – especially chains! We decided to try Bonefish Grille and were extremely skeptical and it was fantastic!! Nice atmosphere. Great white paper covered tables. Service by Jeremy was attentive, accommodating and just outstanding. Our salads, especially the shaved brussels sprouts were perfect. The grilled seafood – blacked shrimp, mahi mahi and salmon was fresh and delicious and the sides, especially the cauliflower was amazing. Great martini, perfect Super Tuscan wine. Too full to try dessert. Will try Bonefish Grille next time we are traveling.

I had a terrible experience at Bonefish Grill and left extremely disappointed. The service was rude, and the food was not good. I ordered the salmon with asparagus, and neither tasted fresh. The asparagus seemed old, and the salmon lacked freshness and flavor.
Because of this, I asked to speak with the kitchen chef. Unfortunately, he was rude and dismissive. He quickly said he would “waive the dish and offer a dessert,” but that completely missed the point. I wasn’t looking for free food — I wanted to be treated with respect and to have my concerns taken seriously as a customer.
I came here because I used to be a fan of Bonefish Grill, but after this experience, I truly hope I never have to eat here again. Customer service and food quality were both far below expectations. Very disappointing.

This was our first time at Bonefish Grill. The restaurant is elegant yet comfortable and the lighting is easy on the eyes. The decor is simple and calming. The restaurant had about 10 tables occupied when we arrived and quickly filled up. It took about 30 minutes to get our bottle of wine and over an hour to get our food. The bread with herbs and olive oil was hot and flavorful. The beef and ginger potstickers were over cooked and very hard. The chicken and shrimp dish was served lukewarm and both the shrimp and the chicken were dried out and over cooked. The Chilean sea bass internal temperature was cold and unfortunately my husband didn’t say anything until later or I would have sent it back. We saw other people receiving their plates of food with steam coming from the plate suggesting theirs was hot but I think ours had been left sitting too long and I’m not sure what to make of the sea bass being cold. In retrospect we should have requested it all be prepared fresh again but we were so hungry by the time it arrived we ate it. We hadn’t planned for 90 minutes to receive our food. We will give it another chance because we did see other people receiving great looking food we just were not one of them.

Only took off one star because it took a few more minutes than I’d expect to have the server initially greet us. After that everything was lovely. Very attentive service. The drinks were well done. One of our table ordered the cod which was lovely, even if you don’t think you like fish. The lobster tail was a bit on the small side but the filet was cooked to perfection and quite tasty. The chicken Marsala was also excellent and highly recommend the garlics mashed potatoes.
