The Cray in Belmont felt amazing from the moment we walked in. The restaurant is neat, comfortable, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
A special mention to Amit, who shared the most incredible story about The Cray, it made the whole experience even more meaningful. The food was absolutely delicious, generous, and so satisfying. Table for four

Quite busy on a Saturday night. 10 mins to be seated with reservations. After that it went well. Staff are very pleasant to talk to and make sure you been looked after. The food was amazing from prawns to the lobster even the salad was tasty. First for me eating a sweet salad. The entre Creamy Scallops were amazing and that half sliced cherry on top was the highlight that added sweetness to it. I would definitely eat there again.

3 of us decided to have our Chinese New year lunches in Belmont location. Friendly service and specially Izzy who looked after us very well. We enjoyed their lunch specials, cooked well with fresh ingredients. Definitely will go back, highly recommended.

First impression was already not good. The location of our table seating, my seat in particular, I turned and the staff’s bum on my face as staff was taking next table’s order. Patrons/staff kicking my chair leg or their bum brushing my arm as they walked past. Behind my brother’s seat was too close to next table’s patrons. As if our table was originally xx seat, squeezed in with extra chairs, just so to serve the “extra person”. Too cramped.

Scotch fillet was yummy (thought be chewy as I ordered well done); crayfish was fresh; chicken was dry; Crab one piece was no meat when cracked open with the tool (the meat tasted bland, as if the sauce didn’t absorb in the cooking); barramundi was fresh.

Literally the best seafood my family has had. The Chicken Parmigiana on the garlic pasta was soo good. Had the Royal Cray Platter and it was soo good. Had to double take on the price but it was well worth it for us. The service was amazing and the friendliness of staff really help to set the atmosphere.

I would especially like to compliment Alex for his exceptional service. From the moment we arrived he greeted us so warmly and made us feel very special and welcome. He took our orders with respect and care checked on us throughout the meal and always asked if we needed anything else. His patience, kindness, and genuine attitude were truly impressive. I had such an amazing time at The Cray Fremantle. The staff were attentive and friendly. A special shoutout to Apiew, you are absolutely top-notch!
Apiew is very knowledgeable with all the meals from The Cray and she was accommodating me since I am pescatarian.
I ordered 1/2 dozen Natural and Tutti Fruity Oysters as starter and Herb Crusted Snapper as main course and along with Devil’s Corner Pinot Grigio by the glass. Each dish was thoughtfully plated and bursting with flavour.
I truly can’t wait to come back. Thanks to Apiew for a wonderful night!

Lovely evening with family & friends at the Cray. Best seafood platters ever and we’ve been going to this restaurant since it opened. This was a birthday dinner and the evening started off with the friendly and concerned staff switching our group of five to a new table set-up due to a very wobbly table in the first instance. They clearly care about customer experience because this was done efficiently and promptly. The food was, as always, excellent. The seafood is always fresh and cooked to perfection–my compliments to the chef! We will always choose the Cray for its emphasis on great service and food.
