Ordered online. Used the bogo for $1. I guess when I added the tip and it updated everything but one sub was deleted so no bogo. I told them I had a pick up and she shoved the sub at me.and said have a good day like she hates her life. Sub doesnt even have all the stuff I ordered on it. It is a mess of heavy sauce everywhere.

Racism at its finest. When I pulled up the worker ran to the back and never came back to what she gets paid to do which is service a customer and since she didn’t come back to the front I proceeded to leave and with me leaving she decided to say “have a good day”. Jimmy John’s service me without a problem with me leaving a 50$ tip for everybody that was working.

pre-ordered 30 subs to go for my hockey team. Management and staff were accommodating, patient and so friendly. Every sandwich came as ordered, packaged nicely and with numbers.
Overall was a fantastic experience, will order from here again if we are in the area

This particular store is never open on time. I used to stop by on my way to work regularly between 8:15 and 8:30 because it is right around the corner from my workplace. Sometimes I have time to wait for someone to come unlock the door, but the service is slow and they’re obviously still setting up. After waiting 10+ mins multiple times in the last 2 weeks, I have started to go to a different location because I just can’t depend on this one to be open when they say they are.
If you advertise you’re open at 8am (as it says online and on the building) you should be OPEN AND READY TO SERVE PEOPLE AT 8AM!

Tried to make conversation with the manager but she said she was working in hell and walked away. Went to the back slamming metal pans and what not. The front guy was pleasant but needs to learn money management by handing the change to the customer not settling it on the counter and then walking away. Bad atmosphere.

One of the three staff members was friendly and earnestly trying to do the job well. The other two sure seemed like it was not the place they wanted to be. The lady at the register was nice enough to stop using her phone to start ringing us up. Her timing of going into what appeared to be a fairly cleaned lobby, while there was a line of us… was a poor choice. Then rolled her eyes when she came back cause we were still waiting on our food. It’s.ot like she was helping. Food was fine overall, but subway seems like it’s trying to keep up on a market that’s moves past them.

Our food was decent, it’s subway so can’t really mess up much but, the service was terrible!! To the “manager” (Angie) while you were throwing your temper tantrum slamming metal pans around and slamming the bread doors shut, and mumbling things under your breath, I don’t think you realized that you were scaring my 4 year old child. I understand that we all have our off days but, please keep your bad attitude outside! We will not be returning to this subway. I’ve never had someone act that way not only to me, but to the customers behind us as well.
