It’s really pathetic that this gentleman that works in the store with this female thinks that he’s only good to be window princess through the drive-through. Why don’t you actually stop what you’re doing and make some coffees like you’re supposed to it’s insane that we have to wait for almost 15 to 20 minutes just to get an order that we ordered 20 minutes to 15 minutes ago. I do not recommend anyone coming to the store as it is poorly unprofessional, and well untrained

I’ve got to say, this Dunkin’ is the best! Lary and I go Every time I come in, the food is always nice and hot. The hash browns are done perfectly crispy but never burnt. The donuts are always soft and fresh, and the strawberry dragonfruit green tea here actually has more flavor than other locations I’ve tried. The team is friendly, super fast, and really efficient. I’m so glad I moved back and can come to this Dunkin’ again because it’s definitely my favorite spot!

Damn I love sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to go from the speaker to the window, for my order to then be made wrong anyway. I love giving this place multiple chances use the course of months, for it to be just as bad, if not worse, every time. Sooo excited to come back! /s

I have been to this location quite a few times, and nearly all of them I have used the drive thru. When I have gone through here, I have always had something wrong with my order. My usual order is two blue raspberry energy punches with two plain bagels, one for myself and one for my sister. These items are fairly hard to mess up. I will order these items, and every time something is wrong. Once I was given two strawberry punches and one bagel. We had to sit in the line for twice as long while they remade the order, and they managed to mess it up again, giving me the correct drinks but an everything bagel instead of a plain bagel. They had to remake it once again before finally getting it right. I understand how they could have heard wrong at the drive thru microphone, but after hearing it in person, I was shocked that they had messed it up again. I expected a quick in and out, but it took nearly 15 minutes to get everything correct. The food itself tasted alright, I have definitely had better, but this was nowhere near the worst.

Bought a large black iced coffee for $3.90 and didn’t even get a full cup. It was missing 1/4 cup or more and they refused to add any more coffee because it’s company policy. Since I’m not getting half a cup of ice, I lose out on a full cup..? Dunkin has become such a joke. I’m paying $4/coffee at most locations and not even getting it filled up depending on where I go- some places will gladly add more (good customer service!!) & some nickel & dime you (they care more about $$ than you or your feedback). This is one of those locations. I used to work for dunkin & my managers would have never allowed me to serve customers something if it wasn’t accurate or properly filled up. Most dunkins iced coffees are watered down hence why I don’t get ice but it’s a bit ridiculous that I can’t get the same amount of coffee without ice. The coffee I got already was watered down, too, so if I got ice, it would have been closer to drinking water.
