We had such an amazing experience at Olive Garden, and it was all thanks to Kay Kay! Her service was everything you could dream of when visiting a restaurant. She made our entire experience so pleasant and welcoming from start to finish.
Kay Kay was incredibly attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. She brought such great, positive energy to our table you can truly tell she enjoys what she does, and it makes all the difference.
The food was delicious, and the breadsticks, as usual, did not disappoint! But what really made the visit stand out was Kay Kay’s outstanding service.

Very good and plentiful food. The tomato sauce is a bit strong and over-seasoned. The rice is a highlight, and Adrian’s service was excellent; he was very polite, attentive, and dedicated in explaining the options and expressing our preferences. Congratulations on the service.

My family and I had a disappointing experience at this Olive Garden during what was supposed to be a birthday celebration. I drove two hours from Miami to Sunrise to be part of the event, but the experience fell short of what we had expected.
When we arrived, we were told we couldn’t be seated until our entire party was present. While I understand policies like that, the way it was handled showed very little flexibility or empathy, especially because it was a Tuesday and the area where we sat was almost empty. When I tried to speak with the manager, she was not understanding and initially refused to provide her supervisor’s contact information.
We had a five-year-old who fell asleep before eating because we hadn’t been allowed to order sooner. We asked if he could lie down on an empty booth right next to us, but the manager refused—even though the restaurant was nearly empty. It just felt unnecessarily rigid and lacking in compassion.
After driving such a long distance to celebrate a special occasion, the lack of understanding from the staff was very disappointing. Olive Garden would really benefit from better training for their managers and team on empathy, communication, and flexibility. A family-friendly restaurant should feel welcoming—especially during a celebration and when accommodations could easily be made.

I highly recommend this Olive Garden thanks to the outstanding service I received at the bar. Danielle is a wonderful person, extremely professional, and has such an amazing attitude. She makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. Her service is impeccable—attentive, friendly, always with a smile, and paying attention to every detail.

Olive Garfen has a new face! They completely reinvented themselves! It’s was very well thought out. Nice bar area, the drinks were very good! Our server Danielle was wonderful. She was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to make a memorial experience!

I’m eating at Olive Garden in Sunrise and the customer service has been exceptional. Everyone that works here that we interacted with was super nice, attentive, and welcoming. Our server, Rony, was amazing and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. The food was also very good and came out perfectly. I visit Olive Garden often, but the level of customer service here truly stands out and doesn’t compare to any other Olive Garden I’ve been to. Amazing experience—I’ll definitely be back!

I had the eggplant parm which was absolutely delicious. Breading had a nice crunch to it. Loved it. My husband just wanted an appetizer so he got the calamari. Did not care for it. It was overcooked. We should have sent it back, but didn’t.

The restaurant is brand new, just opened in April of 2025, freshly built, and beautiful. Our server was Michael, he was wonderful! The food was tasty, fresh, and beautifully plated. I had the chicken Alfredo, I requested one modification, and it came out perfectly as I ordered. Plenty of parking available. Awesome experience, we will definitely be back!
