The place is very accessible when you’re in west Memphis. The crews are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is clean although it can only accommodate a few customers due to a limited space but that’s understandable.

Ordered a 50$ order to be delivered as a treat for my child and I. Half my order was missing. Doordash couldn’t do anything so called the store. Employee who answered had a nasty attitude. The manager also had a nasty attitude and refused to reimburse my order, also refused to make up the food that was missing. Never had an issue before but you can bet this will be the last. I don’t care if it’s the holidays or not, if you’re open your open. You’re making your money. I’m using my hard earned money to treat my family and don’t even get what I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. Y’all wonder why you have had reviews. Get it together.

I wouldn’t dare get anything else from Popeyes a day in my life on January 15th I went to Popeyes and ordered my food had Cajun rice as a side and as I was eating the Cajun rice there was a tooth embedded inside of it I still have the tooth wrapped up in my cabinet. I called up there and the manager had a attitude saying I worked last night ain’t nobody lost no tooth so when I bring the tooth up there they take my information saying someone would call no one did so I called them back and they said they had spoken with the people who where supposed to contact me when I asked for the people information they refused to give to to me please don’t do business with these nasty inconsiderate people

I prefer Bojangles, but there are no locations near me, but I am happy that Popeyes has always served hot and fresh chicken and sides are good.
I was disappointed that on my most recent visit the store tried to charge me a dollar for a cup of water. I refused to pay citing that has never been the case. I finally got a small cup of water, exactly what I wanted.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Presentation was good but the meat was lacking tremendously. 3/4 of it was fried bread, barely any chicken. So gross eat no meat!! Corporate america is so greedy!

Waited 53 minutes for our food. Front counter lady was exceptionally rude. Couldn’t professionally answer what the ingredients were on a sandwich. Majority of the crew had zero sense of urgency. Took a picture so this employee could be trained in “give a crap” skills.

In all the years we have never had as bad of an experence as this visit. I am sorry Linda we love you but untill they get rid of the management and fix the problem we will not be back.
The lady in the purple shirt was eating from a small container behind the counter and flirting with the cook and was on her phone most of the time we where there which was about an hour.

Service is always slow. Food is a hit or miss. I never go to this location anymore. My uncle recently went and the shrimp was sooooo dirty. They are in a good location though, but way too many other options nearby to settle for this.
