So….the subway at FM 2821 and Ave M in Huntville, Texas is excellent!! I do mean excellent…..the employees are kind, courteous and efficient. The place is clean…very clean, every time I’ve walked thru their door. If there is a line? I wait…because they make the absolute BEST sandwiches of any Subway I have ever entered. Not only are those sandwiches tasty, but the sandwiches are works of art! I mean ALL of their sandwiches. They are put together neatly and quickly and you are given exactly the amount of each item that you are for. They aren’t stingy with the veggies and each employee takes pride in their work, which I don’t encounter every day. The employees at my Subway know me and I usually don’t even have to tell them what I want! Most of them already know and it does my heart alot of good to know that the employees care enough to remember my usual order. Always a pleasure to deal with these young courteous folk.

Well I have to say it’s been at least a year since I’ve been in subway. So it hit hard as I watched them make my sandwich. One layer of each meat and little veggies. The people were nice,the food tast good but that was just crazy. I’m just use to the old way.

If I could give less stars for service, I would. I have a respect for people in the food industry, from working at a Papa John’s. But I don’t think I’ve ever had more terrible customer service (the two guys there). I would be fired if I had their lack of communication skills in a job like theirs. I don’t ever write reviews for a place, but this one actually warranted being known. My wife and daughter thought we would stop and get subs after dropping our son off for band. I would’ve gotten better customer service from one of the band students…. what is it with employees nowadays? They could care less about anything. I would’ve been fired in a heartbeat for that careless, undevoted behavior. Apologies for a lengthy post. Just frustrated with people….

Restaurant building and facilities are getting a little unkempt but the food is still the best location around. However, the young man who waited on us had long (shoulder length) hair that was very greasy/oily and not confined. He did wear the standard hat but that did not keep his hair from falling forward each time he looked down. I don’t mind that hus hair was long but he should at least be required to keep it clean and tied back!

Quiet location. Love dining in at this location due to this alone. Always fresh ingredients make great sandwiches. Also love that they finally made “the beast” an actual menu item now! Been a secret item for maybe 9 years (that I know of.)

My husband and I picked up diner tonight from our local Subway. I ordered the personal cheese pizza with extra cheese and rotezzorie chicken. It was perfect. My husband ordered the roast beef sandwich toasted. He said it was great.

The staff at this Subway is great! They hustle when it gets busy. Jennifer is super friendly. The dining room is small but well kept and clean. Sandwiches are made fast and fresh. This is probably the best Subway location I have ever visited.
