I got a six piece shrimp dinner and just wanted something fast so I gave them a shot.
The fries were dry and hard like they’ve been reheated five times and the shrimp had no taste.
It’s been years since I’ve eaten here because they had terrible food last time. I gave it another shot but this was the end I will never go back to the Long John Silver’s!
The imitation Chick-fil-A fries were hard as a rock, the usually (from what I hear) soft hush puppies had to be thrown out because I fear breaking my teeth if I would have eaten them.
The lack of taste, over cooked and/or overheated “food” was a horrible disappointment and a waste of $10. How freaking hard is it to fry some food?

Fries were hard as a brick. Fish and chicken was what you’d expect from long John silver. Hush puppies were hard as well. Cole slaw tasted old.

Ordered the food via app! Was next door, arrived, the nacho fries were stale! My chicken flat bread was so stuck to the wrap that I couldn’t even get it off. All I gotta say is do better and lay off whatever you hitting cuz damn I just wanted my lunch! Lmao good lord please do better

Fries from taco bell and long John’s was hard and stale, then I got the 3 piece fish plate and vinegar and the vinegar was like jelly, the extra piece of chicken was in a long John’s box but it was taco bell chicken. Didn’t eat any of the food actually tried one of long John’s waffle fries after I pulled up to check my order at the window and had to spit it out it was so stale. I went on just thinking it was a fluke but na all fries was stale!

Had to give a 1 star just to write a review.. I won’t eat here ever again.. the ice machine was done so they had a cooler ok no problem.. but when you dip the cups an Not wash your hands after handling money is just nasty… the service sucked..full refund and left…

We love long johns silvers food, but the one in Sevierville is temporarily closed. So we decided to take a risk and drive to this location. When we arrived, I asked if I needed to order from the app to get $6 fish and chicken basket. Cashier replied, we dont do that deal here. Ok thats fine. Ordered a chicken and fish platter. Waffles fries as side and upgraded other side for large cheese curds. On the boxed menu, it specifically says, add a 20 oz pepsi for $2.39. So I said id like to add that 20 oz drink for $2.39. She said my screen says you only get a 12 oz for $2.39. I said ok. But please let someone know to change the menu board advertisement. No response. Meal comes out a couple minutes later and the only freshly cooked item was the cheese curds. I thought its ok to eat the fish and chicken because it was still decent. But not good. However, the waffle fries were like rubber. Like they were warm as if by heat lamp. But tasted old. So I took the fries up to counter and politely asked the other young lady staring at me for fresh fries please. She huffed, walked to the counter and snagged the box from my grip. And screams need a order or waffle fries. After finishing my meal, we proceeded to leave when a nice young man walks up and says fries. Sorry about that. And thats all it should have taken from the young lady. I work hard for my money. So I expect the food I purchase to be edible. Not sure why it upset her so much. She didn’t even have to cook it. Didn’t get to enjoy but a few fries because I was full. But I hope someone reads this and talks to the staff there. She was running the drive through about 4:30 in the afternoon on June 20. She really needs to know that’s not how you treat customers. I wasnt even upset or rude about the old fries. So why was she??

The fish was harder than a hockey puck, got potatoes instead of Cole slaw to start with. This is NOT the first time it s happened so until LJ gets it s act together, our money will be spent somewhere else!!!

This place has really went down hill, The fish was hard like it had set under a heatlamp for hours, hushpuppies were like biting into a rock, the waffle fries were cold and tasteless. Employees seem to care less .

On our way back from pigeon forge we were looking for a LJS. Found this nice little place. The fish was fresh and fast. Unfortunately, it only has a limited number of LJS sides. No corn. But the people are friendly and the food is good.
