Me and my husband ordered the jalapeño jackpot burger. I’m not a burger person, but I was like let me just try their burgers and see. I’m not a big fan of beef, but when I tasted a piece of this burger it was so delicious, lots of flavor , not overly seasoned . It was just right.. juicy and the patties were perfect not thick and too greasy. I will definitely come back when I have a taste for a burger. I give you guys a 10/10 for the presentation , taste and customer service

Ordered food online. Food was ready at the estimated time text message provided. To only offer beef bacon is genius! ordered the jalapeño jackpot and smash melt. The fries were chefs kiss. They appeared double battered or something idk but the smash burgers and fries were the best we’ve ever had! A bit pricey but we were able to eat off of the burgers twice. Surprisingly with sharing one order of fries we could only eat half the burgers the first time and made for a great snack later. Would love to see this franchised in Atlanta. Only “con” is that although the text message gave the estimated ready time, I received an official text saying the food is ready Like an hour later. Good thing I went ahead and drove to food truck prior to official text message stating food was ready or else I would have been upset and food would have been cold.

Smash city’s grand opening in college town kicked off today and left no crumbs. The first three hours were free and they are still offering 50% off entire tickets for the rest of the day 8.30.25. I got to try the Smash City which featured grilled onions, the perfect melty cheese, two smashed patties, crisp tangy pickles, and a zesty burger sauce on a potato bun. The bun was buttery, grilled and held up the burger perfectly. 10/10 recommend for taste. Now on any other day I might find the stand alone burger for 14$ and change pretty pricy for its size, but the service was quick, the music was good and I devoured my free burger. They even threw in a drink and a chance to win free food for a year. Try them out!

I attended the grand opening. Had a good time and food. Free food, games and ticket drawing. Burger and hot dog was delicious and fresh. The staff were very welcoming. I will definitely visit again.

My only complaint is that the fries tasted like they weren’t seasoned, but they were super crispy! Burger was great and now I have a jealous colleague on my hands that wants to come here for lunch soon.

I always come here to smash city burgers I drive over a hour from New Orleans most of the time. Came today and was forced to order on the kiosk I usually get a plain burger meat bread ketchup. I missed the no cheese option because it was my first time ordering. Got my food only to discover cheese went back to see if I could get a no cheese burger the employee told me it was my fault and that i ordered it that way. How am i to order a plain burger when there is no plain option. I won’t be returning a waste of money
