I hadn’t been in years but we wanted to go on Valentine’s Day while in the area that day. I made reservations and we still had to wait an hour for our table for two. They told us that someone stole our table but I had checked with the hostess stand a couple times, including when I got a text telling us our time was near and they said we were 6th in line. Once they figured out someone had stolen our table they sat us immediately but it was a frustrating part of our experience. We were standing very close to the hostess stand and I have no idea how that actually happened as it didn’t add up, but I can imagine that other people could be that rude and impatient. The chicken lettuce wraps are why we went and it was the best part of the whole meal. The sushi and the Kung pow chicken were just okay. The drinks took forever and were just okay. The service was slow because of the busy holiday. I understand. But overall the price and time and quality just was not worth the hassle.

We have visited the Summit location multiple times over the past decade. In fairness, the service was not always up to par. We decided to give this place another try. P F Changs is offering a lunch special starting at 13.99 and dinner starting at 16.99. We arrived for the dinner service, we were immediately seated. We had the pleasure of being served by Joshua. He took the time to ask if we had any questions, checked in on us several times and refilled our drinks more than once. What makes a great server is when they engage. At the end of the meal, we decided to order a dessert to celebrate a special occasion. Joshua delivered with service of kindness and grace.
On to the food, it’s great to know P F Changs is delivering an affordable option on their menu. As part of their special, you have a choice of a starter, salad, soup, or an egg roll. We chose the hot sour soup and salad. The dressing on the salad was exceptionally good. It was a great version of the sesame vinaigrette. The hot sour soup was served hot and not to spicy. We chose the rice option to accompany our entree. For entrees, we selected the Miso Salmon and the Firecracker Shrimp. There was an upcharge of $1 for our entree selection. The rice was served steaming hot. If you are a rice conisour, you know it’s appreciated when it is served right. The entree portions are just right for one person. The favorite dish was the Salmon served with the broccoli/ spinach/mushroom stir fry. The flavors of an Asian Stir Fry were present and not laden with a bunch of oil. The firecracker shrimp, the amount of sauce was just right, it covered the shrimp with the heat from the chili pepper and did not drown the dish with heat. As you can read, it was a great dining experience.

This was my first time here. My wife and I were celebrating our 10 year Anniversary. The service was great. Adrianne took great care of us. Not all of the food was good, only some of it. We were supposed to get a pineapple coconut ice cream with our banana bite desert, and we got vanilla. The whole reason we picked that dish was for the ice cream. We were a bit disappointed by that. The only other thing was that I always try to get something different at any restaurant I go to, and on the menu was a strawberry cucumber refresher, and they were out. Not much more to say.

Our experience was so great! We came out for a celebratory dinner and the hosts were able to give us a booth even though we didn’t have a reservation. Our server Justin made our experience a 10/10 with his fun personality and excellent recommendations. We had the spare ribs, margaritas, and miso glazed salmon that he recommended and they were all amazing. We will definitely be back! (Also pictured is my cherry blossom martini)

My Mom,my Granddaughter and me were in town shopping and Pf Changs was right on time! The wait wasn’t long at all and we didn’t have reservations. I had the lettuce wraps, my Mom had the chicken lo mein and my Granddaughter had the Pork Dumplings and California Roll(gone before I could get a picture!)

Wonderful Chinese food but not all dishes are traditionally served. Some things usually battered are served grilled but everything tastes delicious. The atmosphere is great and the service is great. I came in very late, about an hour before they closed. I was warmly greeted and not rushed at all, though I was sure to be out by closing.
I’m so happy to see they now offer half order appitizers. I got the lettuce wraps which were wonderful and just enough for one or two people. I also got Chang’s Honey Chicken. It was perfectly cooked, moist, and delicious. I took my dessert, the Great Wall of China Chocolate Cake to go. The name is fitting as it is an absolute slab of chocolate cake. It’s served with raspberry sauce, sliced strawberries and blueberries. This monster can feed 4 people, easily. It was soft, moist, and delicious. I highly recommend P.F. Chang’s.

We went on 12/10/24. Fairly average Chinese place. We ordered the lettuce wraps as an appetizer. They were 4/5. The meat was good and the lettuce wraps fresh but one person liked the peanut sauce and the other did not. I order the orange chicken which was very orange-y without being too sweet making it a 5/5 for me. My partner got the Singapore street noodles which were 3/5. They weren’t the worst but the sauce was quite vinegary and too strong. The noodles were the right texture though. Decorations were nice but floor very slippery. The waitress popped by a few times when we needed without needing to be flagged down.

Had a great experience at P.f. Chang’s today. Our hostess was transparent in informing us that the restaurant was short staffed and was kind as we waited. Our server went above and beyond to frequent our table, refilling our waters constantly and our food was brought out in a timely manner. The lettuce wraps are always phenomenal and the pan fried dumplings were a hit with everyone at the table. The lunch portions of the honey chicken, eggplant, and chicken and broccoli were plentiful and we left with leftovers!

Food was just okay, hot and sour soup was horrible! Won’t be back because the manager doesn’t believe in 2nd chances. Any place that doesn’t give our next generation an opportunity to prove themselves doesn’t deserve my business. Why would I give them another chance to do a better job 2nd go around. Leaders lead, coach and inspire, not set themselves above others.
