Very handy very efficient fast casual spot in Dun Laoghaire. Have a nice range of chicken options and portion sizes are always good. I personally always love a burger and their curly fries but the tenders are also a good choice.
Staff are always friendly and quick to seat you and take an order. Have always had someone check in with me on my visits which is always good.
Food is very nice and the actual pieces of chicken whether it’s in a burger or tenders are always piping hot which is always a plus in my opinion.

The staff is very kind. The guy who served us, Victor, was very polite and recommended dishes that were all amazing: the burger, the chicken wings, a cheese ball, and the potatoes with sauces. The beer we drank, Outstanding, was spectacular. The place was clean, the bathroom clean, everything very organized. We will come back, without doubt.

I came from Portugal to visit Ireland and my experience at Firebyrd was simply amazing – the best fried chicken I’ve ever had! The place is very clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the prices are fair.
I’d like to give a special shout-out to Victor, who was incredibly friendly and professional. It was the first time someone explained the entire menu to me in such detail, especially the items I didn’t fully understand at first. He was patient, polite, and really made the experience even better.
I also want to highlight his beer recommendation, I tried two types, both were fantastic, but my favorite was the Rye River. It was so good that I went back the next day just to have it again.
Highly recommend Firebyrd for anyone looking for great food, great service, and a fun experience in Ireland!

The chips were very good and the customer service was excellent. However,
I ordered a medium chicken burger, and the chicken was way too spicy. I really didn’t enjoy the sandwich it tasted like it had strong Indian style seasoning.
I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re not into spicy food.

Myself and my partner were looking for something new to eat today in Dun Laoghaire and then we walked across Firebird and we thought this looks nice, Let’s give it a go! As we walked in the wonderful Pauliana ( I hope I spelled it right!) was so welcoming and kind and then we sat down and we both had two wonderful burgers and the loaded fries are to die for! Altogether, It was an amazing experience and we highly recommend it! Thank you!
