I went yesterday around 12:30, and let me tell you, this was the BEST Chick Fil A experience I’ve ever had. I went in to order, ordered, and my food was at the table maybe 30 seconds after my boss and I sat down. Some of the pictures on the wall were off-putting, but everything else made up for that small issue. If I come through Hiram again, I’m definitely stopping again. 11/10

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal from Chick-fil-A with bacon, lettuce, and tomato—paid extra for the bacon—but when I got home, there was no bacon on the sandwich. On top of that, the fries carton had nothing but crumbs, and the food was cold. I called to have it remade, and the person who claimed to be the manager (sounded like a teenager) just said “sorry” with no real apology or sense of urgency.

When my food is made wrong, I lose my appetite—especially when I’ve paid extra and expected a certain level of quality. It’s so frustrating as a consumer to spend money and not even get what you ordered. Mistakes happen, but I’m tired of businesses acting like we’re supposed to just accept it. Not everyone gets second chances—and neither should they. I did not finish this food. I’ll be bringing it to the restaurant so they can see it. Now I am starving smh.

Really disappointed this time—especially since we purchased five meals and a $15 gallon of lemonade mixed with pineapple dragonfruit juice. Not a small order. Do better.

I am a loyal customer and have ordered from this location many times and I have never had a problem until tonight. I placed an order using the chik fil a app for the mobil thru. I placed the order almost 45 minutes before we arrived at the restaurant. When we pulled up to where you receive your food, a young lady came out and told us we had ordered too many sauces and they only allowed 7 per order and if we wanted more we would have to pay for a bottle. Now when I order online I select however many sauces it allows for an entree because we usually order several. If I order almost $90 of food I want every bit of sauce the app allows me to have for each entree, I don’t want and should not have to pay even more money for a bottle of sauce! Then our food was not even ready, we had to pull forward and wait. Then when they brought out our food we had to wait even longer because we were missing almost $15 of our food. I guess they were too busy counting out our sauces to make sure our order was right before bringing it to us. I’ve never had this type of experience at any chik fil a location and if this one is going to start limiting sauces and requiring you to buy a bottle even though the app allows more, I will go out of my way to drive to a different location. Food is not cheap

was fixed quickly and kindly.
She was kind, attentive, and very professional. I made sure to thank her and even had the opportunity to let her manager know what a conscience employee he has and a great asset to have. Thanks Kassidy and good luck with all your future endeavors

I’m not sure what is going on but they haven’t been doing well with the mobile order/ drive through. Wish they would just make them either or. And have a scan code for both lines. Also when they mess up the should reserve the parking spots that they have their vans on for them to park in bc those who get their order have to wait behind those who’s order is miss handled. Last two times I was there they messed my order up. First time they didn’t even see my order and I was holding up two people with no where to go. Then again second time I was given my bag with my order but some other person’s biscuit. Hopes this helps them be more efficient!

Callie is the WORST manager. Came here, like I do every morning, and ordered a sausage burrito. Drove home and opened it up. The tortilla was the hardest, crustiest tortilla they could’ve ever given me. On top of that, there was chicken bits all in my SAUSAGE burrito.

To top it all off, after I called to politely complain about it , I wasn’t offered any resolution. No reward or refund to the app with my receipt number provided . Instead I was made to drive TEN MINUTES back up the road to PROVE the lack in quality just to receive my $ back . NEVER HAVE I HAD A CHICFILA EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS!!!! Will not be back .

I am writing to you as a loyal customer of your Chick-fil-A location in Hiram. My family and I have visited your restaurant often and have always appreciated the service and hospitality. However, I am reaching out today with concern after a disappointing experience.

Two weeks ago, I visited your store and received a damaged cup of Dr Pepper which spilled all over my suv. I called to report the issue, and a polite young man apologized and kindly offered me a complimentary meal on my next visit. He instructed me to provide my name so it could be recorded in the log book.

This evening, I returned to the restaurant and explained the situation to the staff. Unfortunately, they were unable to locate the entry in the log book. When I asked to speak with the manager, Naomi identified herself as the manager and told me there was nothing she could do.

As a customer, I trusted the word of your associate, only to be humiliated when the commitment was not honored. This experience left me feeling disappointed and questioning whether I should continue recommending this location to my family and friends.

I share this feedback not out of anger, but out of genuine concern. I hope you will take this matter seriously and ensure that future interactions reflect the level of care and integrity that Chick-fil-A is known for.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant via Uber Eats several times. I can’t get a correct order. I ordered two nuggets meals with sprites and fries as the entree for both. A separate entree of a large frie and grilled club no tomatoes. I received a fruit cup with one meal, one meal correct and a coldchicken club. Both meals were cold. Secondly, why do the fries look like someone has eaten some even though the bag looks sealed. I don’t won’t anything but the correct order hot and not wrong. Thanks

I bought a spicy delux meal and there was literally mud on the lettuce. See the photos. Lost my appetite completely. I want my money back because I didn’t even swallow the part I bit.
