Truly a horrible experience. I ordered online 2/23 for curbside and was less than impressed. 1. I ordered curbside. After waiting 20 mins after my order was supposed to be brought out (post dinner rush), I went inside to see if it was ready, met with many employees standing around talking and annoyed that I question where my meal was. 2. It was on a shelf, ready, but now cold. 3. Also not completed. I had to ask for two components that were not in the bag already. 4. Additionally, which I did not realize till I was in my car, my drink was wrong. 5. I got the walleye special. It was horrible. Not only cold and wet, but also just a rank taste. I did not come close to finishing it and had to make a passable dinner at home. This coming from someone who generally loves fish. Especially for the high price, I cannot discourage you enough from coming here.

From Northern Illinois and went to college in Wisconsin and always enjoyed Culvers. Culvers’ cheese curds are consistent and the “gold standard” of fried cheese curds in the same way McDonald’s really sets the standard for french fries: they don’t beat everyone but it’a hard to find anything better in most places. I strongly recommend getting a cup of ranch to dip them in.

I was just here last week and it was wonderful! Every time I visit Culver’s, a girl named Leah is always friendly, and goes out of her way to make sure me and my family have what we need and made sure everything was accurate. You can tell she cares about making people feel welcome. We will definitely be coming back!

Moved to Kentucky and first time eating here! Food was hot and fresh but our order was wrong and Daniel went above and beyond to make it right and was so kind and understanding. I’ve never experienced a place that had customer service on the same level as Chick-Fil-A. Thank you so much! We definitely will be back again and again!

Actually has one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had! Super friendly staff! Love what they do by helping adults with disorders work, learn, and have a chance to have theor own job! Super cool! They have a very sweet raindeer go so see him!

I enjoy going to this culvers like atleast 1 time a week. The frozen custard is to die for along with some fresh fries or a butterbuger OMGOODNESS people. Im not a super fan of fast food. Culvers doesn’t feel like any fast food place thou. Its so inviting and always smiling faces and helping hands. I love ice cream but frozen custard ive been missing out just fount this place to live for. I have been missing out but not anymore..thank you for being so friendly and inviting.

Not a bad burger. Never had a Butter-burger before so it was a new experience for me. Both the burger and fires were fresh as advertised and tasty. The place was about just over half filled and a little noisy. It took just a minute to be waited on. Someone had a wrong order or issue with their food. but all and all it was good.

Culvers is my favorite burger joint. The burgers are so tasty and they have gluten free buns. Get the cheese sauce to dip your fries! My daughter loves it because of the actually great ice cream and the ninja turtle drink (google it, it’s a thing)

At first they tried to charge over $50 for an $18 order. Took 3 attempts to get order right over drive thru. Then when we got home part of our order was missing and still wrong! As you can see in the photos they are very sloppy with food. This place owes us! If we lived closer I would have returned order and demanded refund. Poor service.

I understand that this is a fast food restaurant manned by kids so i give them a little slack on if an order is messed up. I get it, i was a teen once too. But of you’re gonna get the sandwhich wrong in the first place the least you could do is get the one topping that you got right actually in the box. Theres mistakes and then theres not even trying.
