I ate breakfast and every one was talking about the black bear that was caught on camera last week in the parking lot. The food is so high quality and it is great once in a while to splurge. The buttermilk bread was fantastic. Very crispy bacon and very fresh eggs. The hash browns were done just right.i had to post some pictures of the old logo. It was just a beautiful afternoon to take great pictures.

Always consistent food quality at all locations. Please don’t remove all the vintage items from the restaurants. They give them a unique “style”.

We go to cracker barrell at least twice a week. We usually have great service and food but today the vegetables were cold. Mashed potatoes were crusty old and cold. My sons food was good but Luke warm my granddaughter is ill she can only have eggs which eggs were correct her hasbrowns were burned very disappointed in today. Sorry to say the waitress didn’t care she was fore were coming back to table. I hope this was a bad day and not the normal sad to pay 80 for food these days that is so bad.

This was by far the best experience we’ve had at any Cracker Barrel in the past few years. The hostess and waitress were friendly and attentive to our needs. The food was hot and delicious. We’ve already marked this as a place we’d come back to on our travels.

Took a family trip to the Ark Encounter. I stopped here because my family has just rediscovered the chain since they revamped the menu. So many good choices now. I ordered the Grandma’s Sampler. The Strawberry Lemonade is also very good. I would highly recommend this location!

Loved the service and atmosphere. The cornbread and the side dishes were delicious. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken and the spice was good but the chicken was insanely dry and overcooked. The fried breading was as hard as a rock. Have to be honest, I’ve had better food at Cracker Barrel.

If you are not familiar with Cracker Barrel, let me set expectations: it is what its logo implies — a good old-fashioned dining experience specializing in “down-home” food. I enjoy it but not everyone does. En route from Mackinac Island to Crossville, TN, our church’s tour bus stopped at a CB in KY or northern TN (receipt doesn’t say which store) for “linner”. They knew a busload of 50 was coming and they were well prepared. Service was great, biscuits delicious, and everyone at our table was quite happy with the food. I got the “sides” plate since I wasn’t very hungry — choice of any four sides. We usually go for breakfast, which is always good (try the biscuit beignets!!) and so is the fried chicken. It is always fun to peruse the shop, too.

Food was great, our service was great and it was very clean!!
Giving 3 stars because there was a deal going on that if you ordered off the kids meal, you got $5 off a toy in the store. We had paid our check online and they said they wouldn’t honor the deal because of that.
The cashier asked someone that looked to be a manager and they couldn’t care any less. Said no and went on her break.
