Two empty plates of food…compliments to the chef! My husband & I began our love for East Bay Deli in Charleston but I’ve found that this location is just as yummy! The Reuben w/fries is my goto. I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. Staff are extremely welcoming & helpful. Cleanliness is always great. Overall a great experience each time. Kayla is your manager here. Enjoy!

Stopped into East Bay Deli on Main Street with a friend and the whole experience felt effortless — the kind you hope for but rarely get. The food was excellent: fresh, satisfying, exactly what you want when you walk through the door.
Austin took great care of us. Attentive without hovering, helpful without being asked. The kind of service that makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time.

I had a great experience at East Bay Deli, and Austin really made it stand out. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly knew what he was doing. He checked in at the right times without hovering and made sure everything came out exactly how it should. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving good service, which makes a big difference. The food was solid as always, but Austin’s professionalism and positive attitude are what really made the visit enjoyable. I’d be happy to be helped by him again.

I think that this location has a very comfortable setting. It’s clean and the employees are nice and fast service. The food is excellent. I got the Chicken Cesar Wrap and I would say it was one of the best wraps I have eaten. The ingredients were fresh and it actually filled me up. DJ was the cook that prepared my food. I would suggest going to try their food you wont regret it.

I had a wonderful lunch experience at East Bay Deli-Downtown. Not only was my veggie crisp on a tomato wrap made with the perfect amount of pepper relish the fries were fresh and hot. Most of all the customer service given by Austin was Top Tier….Chef’s Kiss. His smile and personality are a true asset. He adds value to the restaurant.

Summer the cashier was very polite helping me decide on whats good because I have never been here before also Haley the cook stepped in and also helped me decide.
