Worst Mr. Hero ever! Their website says they open at 10am. They’re never open at that time. Every time I’ve gone there, they’re closed. If a restaurant’s website says they open at 10am, then they should be there and ready to serve the public at that time!

Every time i go here i get great service at the drive thru window. The older lady is so sweet and kind in the evening. She’s polite, and always wishes a safe night. The area and the back is a bit spooky at night. It’s tight and at the back where you have to constantly pay Attention and watch to make sure you don’t get jacked.

1st time to this location was on my way home and figured i try this location. I ordered 2 chicken pitas fries and a cheese. I waited a regular time to get my food. I get home and I have 2 regular gyros!!!! I call in tell them about this. I drive 10 mins back to location. And it’s a customer at window complaining about a missing item. After they took care of him another customer complained about getting napkins. I get to window with the wrong order on hand give it back and they didnt even have my order READY!!! i ask if the number on receipt is the correct number and he verifies yes that they waited to start my order until i brought in the wrong order….In all I wouldn’t be a return customer to this location. GET A ENGLISH SPEAKING ORDER TAKER! It’s a location in the hood having a person where their 1st language isn’t English will be an issue especially when most are wearing masks…smdh the extra few miles to the next mr hero will be worth it TRUST ME!! … another customer is bringing in a incorrect order as im writing this smh can’t make this up….

For most fast food restaurants, your order is usually cold and wrong. But I have been pleasantly surprised on the two occasions I ate at Mr. Hero. Not only was my food fresh off the grill, but it was also hot and that’s an anomaly for fast food places.
