If I could, I would it give zero stars. This is an order of bistec encebollao(pictrure) a very common plate in Puerto Rico. The meat was though, no flavor and taste like card board. I request the chef not only she challenge my Puertorrican food knowledge but her attitude was nasty. For two meals the price was around $52.xx + Not only it is over priced , the lack of customer service, and lack flavor is not worth your visit. Do yourself a favor don’t waste your money and time this is NOT Puertorican food.

Nice little Puerto Rican restaurant to try out. Great food and music. The only hiccup was payment. They weren’t taking cards at the time and didn’t let us know it was cash or Zelle only until the end of our meal. Other than that the food, music, and atmosphere was great! (I just wish they has bacalaitos) Try the carne alcapurrias! ❤️

There are certain fees that we don’t agree to pay. Last visit we have some issues with our server for delay on our order or for not bringing all details coordinate to proper eating and drinking at the time that we ask.

My family and I were sitting outside till the DJ started and can no longer hear each other. Server did not bring us one out 3 desert we asked for before the food, later I told her not to bring it anymore, at that point she said we are out that’s why I did not bring it. Food arrived, beef stew was pre heated and over salted, churrasco was under cooked, rice with chickpeas had low to no flavor. Then the check arrived and as shown on picture everything was $2 to $3 more than menu price, owner came out, and pointed out to the smallest message of the menu and he said quote ” THIS WAY WE ARE LEGALLY SAVED, THIS IS A BUSINESS AND WE ARE HERE TO MAKE MONEY ” inflation is real, no doubt about, but if the prices will vary it should be listed as ” price varies ” Is sad that there is people like this owner taking advantage of others.

Entry to this restaurant is confusing. Service was very slow on a Thursday night with only three tables being occupied. I was up-charged on every plate plus charged extra on sides that were suppose to come with the plate ordered. Beware!! The price you see is not what you’ll be charged. I live at almost 2hrs away from this restaurant, went by recommendations. I spoke to the restaurant about the up charges and how the tip was also based on total including taxes which is totally wrong. So beware!!!
They want me to drive 2 hours to go and find out if they can fix the situation of a 15-20 dollar upcharge including tip, instead of helping me through the phone as I proved my receipt and info needed. The tip they request is a minimum of 20% for a service not even up to par. The food was not bad, but could be better. The chuleta kan kan was underrated. More taste needed. Otherwise everything else was decent. Wish we could have handled this in a better manner as I had requested previously by phone and by messages, but management is not about customer service as I have read from other customers with the same issue.

Went with a Puerto Rican friend.
Food was not what we expected, friend had to return dish and get something else. Meat was tough.
Service was not the best. Forgot to give utensils, had to ask. Requested water, they gave bottled water and charged for it
And finally, prices were high.
I do not recommend. Better Puerto Rican food elseware.

Hi Zero start. The food was not seasoned well , it was my first time there and my last one I will not recommend this place. The chef was not PR it was more like cuban test but worse without any type flavor. The meat was dry , not salt nothing on. The mofongos was dry and octupus taste like coming out a can without been clean.
Very bad experience we let the Mesera Belkin aware .
