I’m in California for work originally from Rhode Island the first time having In- N – Burger.. Honestly, it was terrible as busy as it was I thought the food would be fresh it wasn’t and if it was, I don’t think it would be good anyway. Smh

The stores are quite similar to each other, with consistent food quality and similar interior layouts. The main difference lies in the customer demographics. This location is equally crowded, with people even waiting for dine-in seats. However, everyone is very quiet, and the place isn’t particularly messy. Of course, the staff still works diligently to keep the place clean.

Are there better tasting burgers than In-n-out? Yes. But at their price point? No, at least not in my experience. Excellent value for a tasty burger using fresh ingredients.
The only drawback is that it’s always crowded during peak hours, the wait can easily be 30+ minutes at its busiest, and their fries aren’t good (although I do like their animal style fries if only because of the toppings).

The food is always fresh – you can literally taste the difference in the quality of the beef, veggies, and those perfectly toasted buns. I usually go for a Double-Double with animal-style fries and a vanilla shake, and it’s the perfect combo every single time. The staff is quick, polite, and gets the order right, even when it’s busy. Do I need to ask for ketchup, pepper ️, ect when I order protein cheese buger combos with animal fries?!!! When I got home, I checked and saw no cheese!!! Very disappointed!

We had a horrible experience at the In-N-Out drive-through. The worker named Nataly was very rude and unprofessional. When we asked if that was all of our order, she told us to check the boxes ourselves instead of confirming. While we were checking, we overheard her say, ‘I hate it here bruh,’ which was extremely unprofessional to say in front of customers. The overall attitude and lack of customer service made the experience very unpleasant.
