Went there two months ago after been a loyal customer for 15 years ordered a pizza didn’t really notice much of a difference, but something had changed. Went there yesterday it’s January 2026 order a giant pizza half sausage half pepperoni picked up the box and the box felt empty got home opened up the box and what I saw was crackers with sauce on it five super thin pieces of pepperoni around the edge you could barely see any sausage, just enough cheese to say it wasn’t a finger food entrée. The pizza was so thin a cracker was taller than the dough of the pizza an hour later I went to Beggers Pizza ordered a large both pizzas cost $30. You tell me the difference. I never be going back again. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes cause this place has definitely fell off as far as Customer Service I called to complain. Talked to the lady that rung up my order she passed the phone to a young guy I guess he was supposed to be a manager and his answer was “that’s what you get and I don’t know what to tell you” no type of resolution whatsoever on being ripped off $32 giant pizza and it was equivalent to crackers with sauce on it. I explained to him this is not what you have served in the past and he was just trying to persuade me it was. I’m a true Chicago, and we take Pizza down to a science. The Jedi mind trick was not working.
In this video, you have Beggers Pizza on the left and you have House of Pizza on the right this is a direct comparison of what you supposed to get to what they’re serving people. To me they cut the ingredients in half and figure this is the way that they’ll save money. It worked no one noticed then they cut the ingredients again even less than half and now customers are noticing. I just won’t be returning this was the last time I will be giving them a chance as the neighbor pizzeria.
If I wanted such a Pizza of this magnitude I’ll just cross the street to Family Dollar buy a box of saltine crackers, go to the next aisle and get some pizza sauce and throw beef jerky around the edges probably a grand total of four dollars, walla a house of Pizza. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

We were traveling through, decided to order delivery from here because of the over 3k likes. We ordered a pizza with sausage and pep, breaded wings with some mozzarella sticks. They told us an hour, but it arrived early. Pizza is a cracker crust. Two of us thought it had a good flavor sausage, good flavor sauce, and pepperoni was good. One of us thought the pizza crust was a typical crust that you can get anywhere, it’s garbage. I loved the ranch dressing with the wings. We all agreed the wings were good, one of us said that he would definitely get more wings if he came back. Two of us enjoyed the wings but would try some other restaurants, before coming back. I thought the mozzarella sticks were cold, another person thought the sticks were nuked an hour ago and the third person thought they were made this morning or left over from last night.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called at 6:26pm and was told 45 mins. Called again at 7:15 pm was told order is ready to be picked up. Arrived at this establishment and was told my order was ready and waited over 20 minutes in line to pay. After waiting and not receiving my food I asked what was going on. They have not even started my food. I specifically asked if my food was ready prior to paying so that I may make the decision to pay or see what the wait time still was. It does not take over an hour and twenty minutes to cook a pizza and bread sticks. House of pizza saw the last of me. Instead of being honest and up front they were whispering amongst themselves offering no solution to a problem they and only they created.

My husband and I had a great date night here. The food was delicious, and the drink was made perfect! The ladies’ restroom is in need of an update.

I personally love House of Pizza. My family and I go there often. After dinner tonight, we got our bill and I was astonished that it was $240. After looking at the bill, I noticed that more $65 was for soft drinks.
We ordered pitchers which makes it easier on our waitress. We ordered 2 diet pepsi, 2 pepsi and 1 fruit punch. The response i was given is that for each pitcher we’re charged $3.25 x4 which equals $26 + $26 +$13 = $65
Or we could have went with individual drink glasses with FREE REFILLS for everyone at a cost of $29.25 and our waitress would have been running back and forth getting us refills.
Gratuity and pop cost us as much as our food. Please do better House of Pizza.
House of Pizza lovers, get your soft drinks by the glass.
Very disappointed.

The first time here, I almost didn’t make it in because the parking lot was full, and I managed to grab a spot because someone left. We were seated right away, and the service was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Pizza and appetizers were very good. Drinks were solid, and i really like how they have a lot of space inside and a full bar. Would recommend and would come back.

Where do I begin this place is an unknown gem well at least to me. After my first visit, I went back the next day. On my first day, I started with the 10-piece Buffalo wings nice big wings and good sauce, and the appetizer trio. Fried mozzarella sticks and I chose double mushrooms this was great! Then I had a jumbo thin-crust pizza with sausage pepperoni and bacon. It was deliciously fresh and hot. I also had a blue moon! On my second day I opted for the Cajun chicken pasta with some great garlic bread. (I got some bread to go lol) the pasta was nice and saucy and delicious. I also had the chicken enchilada soup. My mom had the catfish which was seasoned well with a garden salad. We also had the combination trio with all 3 items they were all great. Service was also great staff is really nice and very attentive. The only thing I have to complain about is the restaurant itself. I would love to see the inside of this place more modern and maybe some cushion on the hard surfaces like in the booths. I believe if they create a better atmosphere they could make a lot more money.

It was ok, got invited here by my cousin but because I brought kids i wasn’t able to sit with her n her friends. Was told that It was because they had a bar on that side but wasn’t aware of this before hand. Would have left the kiddos at home if this was public knowledge, service was good though.
