The Employee work in the drive-through was very polite and very informative and thorough with our order. They didn’t seem rushed at all, which is a refreshing thing to have cause most places that are fast food. The employees always feel like they’re trying to rush you through as fast as they can, five stars for the Hardee’s in Chester Illinois.

Ashley! We came to get some noms because we had a break before reception for a Vow Renewal we’re doing. Ashley took our order for us. We didn’t think the amount was right and thought something was amiss. We were wrong. Ashley explained about the happy hour deals, etc. What a phenomenal gal! We had no idea haha! Thank you Hardee’s in Chester and thank YOU to Ashley!

Got to this establishment roughly at 6:40 this morning and as I walked in the cashier was talking with customers not about orders but just ratchet drawing in general. She completely ignored the fact that I had walked in and it just continued to talking meanwhile she’s got papers going up in the kitchen letting her know that the fire is done customers waiting at the counter and still talking. Her name tag was covered so I couldn’t get her name but I do believe she is management of some kind or possibly even the owner. I had ordered two cinnamon raisin biscuits and hash browns, the hash browns were fresh which were good however the cinnamon rays and biscuits we’re just tossed in the bag tilted sideways and as you can see everything just ran off into the box. I would expect this at a teenagers but sure as hell not management!
This is Extreme poor management at this establishment! And I won’t be back! And this might end up on Facebook as well and other social media!
Do better because with four leadership you get poor results out of your employees!

Hardee’s food has gone down hill. Want be back to eat. Service was great. I eat half a biscuit with jelly. The Biscuits are not even good. The service was great. To bad the chicken, Biscuits and gravy not that great! Well, that’s why I Quit eat out. O well. Always, you still have Hardee’s biscuits and gravy. Times are different than in the 80′,90′, or even the early 2000’s. And it’s not the cook, it’s the product and quality of the FOOD. And was given a plastic fork that was not even in plastic wrap. Wow!!!!

Store seemed clean manager Julie was nice until we found hair in the fries. Said she would bring out a fresh order and apologized. Did the fry’s come out nope once we paid service was lacking. Now the kid sweeping the parking lot was super nice and apologized for the hair. I would never go back to here again

the Breakfast loaded omelet biscuits were amazing, made with care. The gal at the counter was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well kept. You can tell the people that work there care about the food the produce and the clean, friendly environment they foster. You just don’t find fast food establishments like this anymore, 5/5 would recommend.

Me and my fiancee stopped by the Cester Il location on our way to St. Louis. When ordering i could see the manager was having a rough morning and joked with her to help her feel a bit better. I could see that she was stressed since she was running the entire front of the store. Her service was great and the food was amazing. The biscuits were fresh and hot, fluffy, and very very tasty. Overall my fiancee and I were very pleased with our stop.
