Purchases half ham a few days ago. Had a slight issue (won’t go into details) and returned today. I was immediately escorted to the manager who quickly resolved the issue. Not what I expected. I am super grateful for the sense of urgency and resolution. Team is always super nice and helpful but today I didn’t expect such great service due to the holiday rush. Thanks for your dedication and commitment. You exceeded my expectations.

After writing my review of the experience that I encountered,. I followed up today by calling the store. I spoke to the store manager, Robin Calcrco, who made it right!!!!
I can’t tell what this meant to me. Robin listened. She was courteous and professional and she really made the difference.
Because of this I changed my previous rating. Thank you, Robin….
I pre-ordered a ham and bacon for Thanksgiving. The woman at the counter asked for my bar code to scan, but for some reason, she was unble to determine if I’d already picked up my order or not. She practically said that she thought she’d seen me earlier in the day. Meaning that I had previously picked up my order and returned for another ham. How ridiculous. It’s good, but not that good. I couldn’t believe that she had the audacity to say such a thing. Anyway, another woman said that she could see my purchase and would work it out later. I was a little upset about this experience and if I hadn’t pre-ordered the prime rib for Christmas, I doubt if I’d return. I wish she was wearing an ID with her name on it. I wish there were more centralized locations.

This HBH location i s great! The staff is friendly and efficient! I’ve been to the store in Pembroke Pines and will NEVER go there again, but this Sunrise store makes holiday meal pickup smooth and pleasant. Organized, very minimal wait and the people behind the counter are not only courteous but they know what they’re doing. This is my go-to location for future holiday meals, despite living all the way in Hollywood.

This place is amazing. Robin came through with a late delivery to save our family Christmas Eve dinner! She was awesome and the turkey and ham were amazingly delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a special holiday meal prepared.

UPDATE: Thank you for your prompt attention and personal care in resolving the issue with my THANKSGIVING Day order. Robin called me immediately after reaching out to the Sunrise store. She and everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. As I stated, I love Honey Baked Ham and I will order again in the future.

This store is pleasant and clean. But what I personally love is getting a ham bone and making soup with their bean soup mix. It is such a wonderful deal and delicious! I get a $10 – $12 bone, cut most of the meat off it to serve later for another meal and use the bone to make the soup. I add a can of cannelli beans at the end when making the white bean soup, along with Carrots and celery. This makes enough soup for 6-8people, or plenty of extra to freeze for later. I use the cut off meat to make other dishes or just serve cold as a sandwich. So, out of one bone I get several meals that everyone loves!

This was such a great idea to supplement the turkey for Thanksgiving. The process was easy and payment options flexible. The ham came ready and simply rewarmed it on Thanksgiving and threw some pineapple in the base. Perfect taste, color and it was reasonable pricing.
