The ambience and vibe was good tho. Atmosphere felt refreshing.
Not recommended for Manthi , but yeah check out for sea food ig.
The starters were incredibly flavorful, and the soup was a perfect precursor to the feast that followed. The kanthari Al faham fish was the star of the show – perfectly cooked and infused with the right amount of spices. The nool porotta was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the appam was cooked to perfection.
The main course did not disappoint either. The Prawns Malabari was authentic and delicious, with succulent prawns that melted in my mouth. The duck roast was spicy and tender, and the chicken curry was rich and flavorful.
Overall, I had an amazing dining experience at Let’s Dine River View, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal with a beautiful river view. I will definitely be back, and I won’t hesitate to refer my friends and family to this wonderful restaurant.
We visited this restaurant on New Year’s Day and ordered three meals, along with beef fry and meen polichath. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, the waiter informed us that normal rice was not available, only basmati rice. Since we were already waiting, we agreed.
What followed was shocking.
The so-called meals came with just one mango pickle, one beetroot pickle, one inji puli, and a single spoon of thoran. When we asked about the other usual sides, the staff casually said “sides are already over.”
It didn’t stop there.
They then told us sambar was not available either — only fish gravy and dal were available. This is completely unacceptable for a meals order. To make matters worse, when we asked about payasam, they said that was also not available and instead served one scoop of ice cream.
As if this wasn’t enough, when we went to wash our hands, there was hardly any water available. Basic hygiene facilities were not properly maintained.
Throughout this entire experience, not a single staff member or waiter apologized for the multiple issues. Despite all this, we were asked to pay the full amount for the dishes.
If meals were not properly available, they should have clearly informed us before taking the order, instead of serving an incomplete and disappointing plate after a long wait. This reflects poor planning, poor communication, and no respect for customers.
Very bad experience. Definitely not recommended, especially on busy days.
We ordered alfam and nool porotta, and the food tasted great. The service was also top-notch, all the staff were super polite and helpful throughout. Definitely a great spot to hang out and celebrate small occasions!
