Even better than their Lexington spot. Ethan was the man and kept our table of 12 very happy. Everything was delicious. Would highly recommend the seabass, oysters, ice-cream and cookie combo for a dinner well spent.

We were heading to Bowling Green for the Firehouse and Warrant concert and wanted a nice dinner beforehand. We found Tony’s on TikTok and, after checking Yelp and Google reviews to confirm it was legit, decided to give it a try—and we’re glad we did!

Tony’s is connected to the Embassy Suites hotel, with convenient and free self-parking. We arrived a little after 5:30 PM for our reservation and were seated promptly. The dining area looked lovely, though we were seated in the bar area, which still had a nice ambiance.

To start, we ordered a lavender cocktail and a glass of Malbec—both were great. The sourdough bread with whipped butter they brought out was a nice touch. We shared a crab cake appetizer that was very tasty and fresh.

For our entrées, we each had the 9 oz filet. I ordered mine medium and my husband went with medium rare. Both steaks were slightly undercooked from our requested temps, but still flavorful and tender.

We finished off the night with a massive slice of peanut butter chocolate cheesecake. It was rich, well-balanced, and absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight.

Although service was a bit slow when it came to bringing out the food, we really enjoyed our time at Tony’s. It made for a great start to our concert night. Would definitely return!

It was wonderful to get out to eat with my folks. You see my dad has had a litany of health issues as of late…. We came out to celebrate life and enjoy each other’s company.
Jason our server was fantastic. Brent the AGM greeted us with respect and warmth that really made the night more special. Food was incredible. I would suggest this spot to anyone looking to celebrate or really just have a wonderful evening. Ask for Jason. As someone who has worked in the industry for 20 years, this restaurant is special.

Great date night at Tony’s. Service from Jason was great and his fellow associates helping to clear the table.. even the managers walking around checking on us. The food was very good and had a good selection of items to choose from. The crabcake appetizer is the absolute closet thing to a Maryland Crabcake I have had outside of MD. The shrimp and grits were good but I was hoping for more of a cream sauce vs a gravy style sauce. I liked the fried grit cake that would have been better with the cream vs the gravy. But the shrimp and sausage were all cooked perfectly and very tasty. The lamb chops were excellent and it’s sides were decent.. potatoes and a grilled romaine lettuce. The Brussel sprouts were a hit and all a la carte sides are for sharing. Bar made us a lavender martini which was very good and the beer selection is small. The deserts are huge and we are thankful for our free desert for the bday we were celebrating. Ate on that piece of cake for 2 days and it was still great! So overall it was a great experience that we liked a lot for 2 bills.

Tony’s Steaks and Seafood in Bowling Green makes an immediate impression, though the online reservation system has quirks for solo diners. You’ll need to reserve for two and then clarify in person, otherwise your chances of booking are slim.

The welcome at the front desk is warm and effortless, and seating is quick. The hospitality feels distinctly Southern, with staff leaning into genuine friendliness.

There’s no printed mocktail list, but that turned out to be a perk. The bartender worked up a custom drink of honey, lemon, grapefruit, hibiscus syrup, and orange juice. It was balanced, bright, and a standout.

The space itself is stylish, with modern décor and a lively soundtrack. Chillhouse beats from Matthew Kramer set the tone, though the volume edged toward intrusive early on. Once the dining room filled, the music seemed more in step with the atmosphere.

Patrick, my server, handled the evening gracefully with support from Elli, who addressed me with a respectful “sir” every time. Zach, the general manager, made the rounds and stopped by to welcome me, a thoughtful touch.

The bread service is memorable, offering Italian sourdough with both whipped sweet bourbon butter and a salted variety. From there, the Seared Ahi Tuna Tartare arrived with a playful interpretation, soy, sesame, candied ginger, avocado purée, and a crisp cucumber carrot fennel salad. Not a traditional take, but well executed.

The New Zealand rack of lamb was the highlight. It came with roasted fingerling potatoes, a grilled romaine heart, and a rosemary mustard pan sauce. The kitchen scaled down the bourbon whipped sweet potatoes for me, but even the half portion was indulgent. The marshmallow topping gave it the decadence of sweet potato pie filling.

By dessert, I was already impressed, but the freshly baked chocolate chip cookie topped with vanilla ice cream and chunks of chocolate was too tempting to resist. It landed with all the comfort and nostalgia you’d hope for.

Between the cuisine, the personality of the service, and the lively but polished atmosphere, Tony’s hits the mark. It’s the kind of place that leaves you smiling when you step out the door, and it deserves a spot on your dining list.

My boyfriend and I booked a reservation to eat here for our 6-month anniversary. The service was very professional and classy, as was the decor. But the price of the food was not worth what we were served. We ordered a New York strip to split, cooked medium well with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The steak was basically raw in the middle, which was very disappointing since it cost $70. The asparagus was not cooked long enough and was very crunchy with almost no flavor. The mashed potatoes were fine, and they did provide us with a free dessert since we were celebrating our anniversary. At a restaurant as high-class as this one, I expected the meal to not have substantial issues. Safe to say we will not be returning.

We celebrated both our 22nd, and 23rd anniversaries at Tony’s Steakhouse Restaurant. On our 22nd last year we both had the excellent steaks and salad. It was delicious and worth the price. This year we celebrated with the green salads and Calamari appetizer. We decided to try the pork chop dinner and split it for two. Good thing we did. The pork chops came out with two in a rack of chops. I cut the chops into and we each had one. They were awesome. The meal came with sweet potatoes and collard greens. They were both deliciously prepared. We ended the night with a free dessert of our choice for our anniversary. We chose the chocolate cake it was Devine a superb dessert. We highly recommend Tony’s for your special dinner occasion.
