Went in for some lunch with some friends recently, was kindly greeted by Angie at the front whom took our orders. I had noodles sesame chicken and rice I also wanted two egg rolls however they were out but Angie told me that she could go check quickly if the kitchen had made some more and sure enough she came back with two egg rolls! She took good care of me and my other two friends who came with great service and food was delicious.

I received my beef and broccoli bowl and immediately noticed the egg roll was not as crunchy/cooked as it usually is. Then I went to eat the beef and noticed it was all red and had a weird texture. I called the store and they said it was just the sauce but I have not seen any sauce turn JUST the meat red but not the other food in the same dish. I’m thoroughly disappointed.

Extremely Dissatisfactory Experience at Leanne Chin
Dear Leanne Chin Management,
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Chanhassen location on 11/17/2025. My visit was unfortunately marked by a series of frustrating and disappointing interactions that fell far below the standard of customer service I expect.
Upon my arrival, I was next in line, yet I had to wait approximately six to eight minutes before anyone acknowledged me or took my order. This initial delay was just the beginning of a frustrating experience.
When I requested lo-mein noodles, the staff’s response was dismissive and lacked any form of courtesy. The attitude felt indifferent and unwelcoming, which was disheartening.
As the staff began to prepare my order, I noticed that the Mongolian chicken was placed aside carelessly, alongside other ingredients. Additionally, while replacing other items, water from the heating equipment dripped into my bowl, soaking my food. This incident was not addressed by the staff, and I had to point it out myself. Instead of offering an apology, the employee simply discarded my plate and provided a new serving that was noticeably smaller.
When it came time to serve the sesame chicken, the portions were inadequate, consisting mainly of small pieces and excess sauce rather than the generous serving I expected. The lack of care and professionalism was evident throughout the entire process.
Overall, this experience was one of the worst examples of customer service I have encountered. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the training and attentiveness of your staff to ensure that future customers do not face the same issues.

Meh. Maybe stopped on an off day. Had lunch around 1:30 on a Tuesday.
Service quick and pleasant.
Had the Thai coconut chicken with vegetable fried rice and some cream puffs. All tasted as if it had been sitting out for a long time. Didn’t eat much of it.
Cost $16 with a bottle of water.

Angie gave me really good service when I came in for lunch. She was very sweet and patient, I had the shrimp and noodles and it was delicious.

Katrina was friendly.
The veggies in both dishes were beyond over cooked. The potstickers were burnt. The floor was filthy. Just after 4:00pm the place should be immaculate, as they had only two people dining in. Place is way over staffed and overpriced.

I ordered food through Uber Eats well over an hour before pickup. The app showed “food is ready,” but when I arrived, the staff said nothing was prepared. There was no apology or effort to make the situation right — both the counter staff and the manager seemed dismissive. I was simply told I could request a refund and left without food.
It would have made a big difference if they had acknowledged the mistake and offered at least a quick apology or solution. Hopefully, management works on improving communication and customer service so future guests don’t face the same experience.

They have some serious cleaning issues here. The soda fountain ice shoot is completely moldy, the nozzles also are covered in mold for the fountain along with there drip tray. I used to work in the food industry and these things should be cleaned daily. I did notify the staff of the mold and they didn’t address it at all, just said thanks for letting us know and they didn’t go clean it. When they put out new food, they do not cycle out the product, just keep dumping new product on top of the old stuff, so if you ever see stuff that is low, I’d wait, probably has been there fore hours. I would never go back to this location.
