The food was excellent and the staff was incredibly friendly. The manager handled a problem I had with patience and a positive attitude, turning the situation completely around. By the end of my visit I felt truly appreciative of her kindness, and it made the entire experience memorable.

Top to bottom trash! Leadership is awful, you can tell it’s a high school click mentality.
The service is slow and don’t have any special orders. It won’t be made special fresh or anything. They do not take the time to read if you ask for any type of alterations, you are served water down low quality food. They will burn your food and flip it over and still serve it to you. They do not care about your health. They will put food that you ask to be omitted like bacon and still put it on there. They will not remake it. They will peel it off or pour it into something else. you can talk to the managers they’ll go in the kitchen and bring you food and it’s still wrong . The place really needs undercover boss or something. It’s insane that you get this type of service so close to the city. They will never give you your money back just credit you can’t use for more terrible service. This was the last place I had lunch with my grandmother before she died and I’d hope it would be a place that brought peace and community. Instead it feels like a smash and grab… I hope they can figure something out. My most recent experience on a date with my gf they didn’t bring my soup or salad after waiting 45mins. When the entrees came out my food had bacon. My gf had to eat alone and I just asked for the remake to go . When the server finally appeared we asked for cutlery again and bread to go since only one was brought the entire duration of the dine in. She never came back so we left..
$50+ tip is crazy for this service in this economy.

Waitress was attentive for the most part but I still will NEVER come back! We waited damn near a whole hour for our food just for the waiter to say oh her manager just told her they just went out of ribs!!! Also said they made my pasta fresh that’s why it took even longer!! Which was a lie because my pasta wasn’t hot!!! This location needs to do better PERIODDDDD!!!

Visited a few nights ago with some friends. Arrived at 6:30 and had a 45 minute wait. Half the restaurant was closed off I assume due to staffing. We made the best of it. When we were finally seated, we were sat in Adam’s section. We were surprised when ordering our drinks that we couldn’t get the flights because they ran out of cups. I confirmed they used glass cups for the drinks and was puzzled that washing the existing cups was not an option considering they have to wash everything. We were told that they had to decline the drink to several people who were there because of this. We ordered different drinks and the chicken and shrimp pasta. 1/3 drinks came before the food. The rest of the drinks came maybe 10 minutes later. The server was less than stellar as he forgot just about everything we asked for and reminded him to get. It was very cold in there. We even heard other guests complaining to management about someone working with possible conjunctivitis towards the end of our meal. Overall not the best experience. My friends had visited a couple days before we went together and they had a completely different experience working with a new female server of just 2 weeks. Too bad we didn’t get the same service for their second time around.

This was my second time dining in with the new (tall male with glasses) serving as the host: on Valentine’s Day and the evening of Thursday, February 19th. Understandably, they were swamped and emotions running high. It was around 8:30 p.m. and when I walked in as a party of one, he and the manager said that they weren’t taking any more reservations or walk-ins. But it’s not what you say, but how you say it. On Feb. 19th, I came in (party of two plus a to-go order). When the host arrived, he said that there was a 20 minute wait, didn’t ask for our name our phone number to add us to a wait list. Then, a party of six arrived, asked for a table, he told them that it would be 30 minutes, then they said “really, with all these empty tables?!” He then said he could get them seated. At this point, we were still sitting in the waiting area perplexed. I then waited for the host to return and said that I wanted to make sure that he was seating based on order of arrival. The host then asked me: “did you all leave and come back?” I said: “no, we’ve been waiting right where you told us to wait.” He had an attitude throughout our various exchanges. When our table was ready, he hand gestured us to follow him, placed our menus on the table, and walked off. Again, happy to give a pass for a busy holiday, but this location will lose customers if the host’s default disposition is bad attitude. I then noticed that the table wasn’t wiped off, so I asked our server to clean the table. To my horror, the host was sent to us and had an attitude about me asking for the table to be cleaned off. He stood at our table scoffing. I pointed out the places where the table had sauce streaks and crumbs, as if antagonizing me. I didn’t bother to mention that there were two dinner napkins on the floor, underneath our table. The host then wiped my side of the table, not the entire table, so my family member was just out of luck! In all of my years of dining out, I have never encountered such poor behavior from a host. I’m never coming back, as I don’t need that type of energy from an employee of an establishment I’m spending money at.

Every time I come here there’s never enough waitress to serve you. We have here 1hour and still not sorted. Then we still going to have to wait for our food. Now he says we still have to wait 5 minutes for a table for 5..this is it. We can’t order ribs because they are out

my steak was good and tender. I had a three course, she forgot my dessert.
Recent UPDATED VISIT…….. OF COURSE I returned to see if my paid for dessert would even be mentioned or acknowledged. When I told the young lady she forgot it. I was given a well I usually don’t forget. Welp you did! Water under the bridge….on a more recent trip. The wings were most definitely part frozen, I was given the wrong drink, the waitress didn’t check on us, and 20+min sitting before we were greeted… Not started ordering Greeted! When we had our food didn’t ask if it was okay, did we need anything, heck she didn’t even tell us her name so I could call her over if I did need something. Upon leaving I paid on the tablet at the table, ha!!!!! She gave more time standing over my shoulder trying to read what I was say than she did taking care of us as guest. Proceeds to say oh you leaving a long review…. AND ONLY THEN BECAME CONCERNED WITH THE SERVICE. THIS USE TO BE MY AFTER WORK PLACE TO COME. I will find another.
If you like this place sit at the bar to eat and drink the service is better, they may forget your food but faster, and more attention is given.

I had a great experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Oak Park, Michigan. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what we were craving, but what really stood out was our waiter, Demi. Demi was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of without being overbearing. They checked in at the right times, had a great attitude, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. Customer service like that really makes a difference. I’d definitely come back and would be happy to have Demi as our server again!

The steak was not very well seasoned. Perfectly cooked but not well seasoned. The service was good, waiter was friendly. The atmosphere is lacking. Outdated, the lighting is dim and bad. The music is odd and not modern. I have had better steak at places that are NOT steakhouses. For example Carabas, the italian chain. Its not a BAD place to eat, but there are other places at the same price point that are much more enjoyable. The drinks seem good they give you your moneys worth of liquor. But the steak had to be elite for it to be a steakhouse. Even if the prices have to be raised. But i paid the same price for a filet at carabas and it was miles better. Not even close.
