This is my favorite place in Troy and my favorite pho that I’ve had anywhere. Great place for my family to enjoy great food and they are always so kind to our child. Had the pork spring rolls, pho, chicken fried rice, and hibiscus milk teas tonight and everything was excellent. I especially love that they embrace the holidays and decorated. It makes for a great atmosphere this holiday season. Highly recommend!

First of all, when you walk in, they make you feel like you’re supposed to be there and that you’re more than welcome there. First time or 20th time (was my first time). They were SUPER friendly and Super helpful with making a choice. Food was AMAZING! I haven’t eaten since last night and a small bowl, and two egg rolls were more than enough for me! Food came out quick and hot! Would recommend, 10/10. Don’t let an empty place fool you if you walk in and you’re the only one there, it’ll only be for a short time. For the amount of food you get, and for the fantastic service you get, it’s well worth every penny!

“I’d want to take the time to recognize the gentleman, who serves at Viet’s Pho, Mr. Jackson. As for it being a busy Saturday night 11/22 during football season, this guy stood the test of the time, being the only server. He was very professional, polite, kind, and respectful. No matter how many times the door swung open with more and more customers piling in one after another, Jackson’s composure never dropped. Mr. Jackson went back and forth, excelling above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. His sincere welcome and excellent service made all the difference.” From now on, we will know him as”Our server, Mr. Jackson, was just fantastic. I LOVE this place, its so relaxing. Such a good environment to be around, the staff ar amazing, the food is also. I would recommend coming to try this out. I eat here almost every week, and im obsessed. They did get my order wrong a few times. But no worries since they fully corrected themselves. And the music, its so nice and relaxing, so as the lights. Just everywhere is a place i call home. And thats why i love this amazing place!

I do not want to give them any stars, and if there is any negative review I can write, I would like to write it.
We had a group lunch at the restaurant, and it took us 2 hours to leave.
There are only 2 servers and2 people in the kitchen, and the food took more than an hour to come out.
When we made a reservation in advance, we were ensuring they could handle the large group, and they confirmed they could.
The reality was terrible, and we had to suffer with an empty stomach for waiting an hour to have a pho.
It never ever notices that pho takes that long to make. Even though we did an advanced booking.
Our group has been dissatisfied with the services and food.
I sincerely hope that the restaurant’s owner will take this issue seriously and considerately.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Viet’s Pho!
I ordered the vermicelli with BBQ pork and shrimp, paired with spring rolls (also with pork and shrimp) and topped it off with a panna cotta for dessert. Every bite was a delight!
My son had their Ramen dish, which he said was amazing, and enjoyed the same spring rolls along with a matcha parfait for dessert.
For drinks, I had Thai tea, which was perfectly balanced, and he had their Viet milk tea, which was also excellent.
The portions were substantial, and the flavors were outstanding—fresh, bold, and perfectly executed.
The service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. This restaurant has mastered the art of combining incredible food with top-notch service.
If you’re looking for a place that delivers both quality and quantity, Viet’s Pho is a must-visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Everything was so good from the food to the service. We got the egg rolls as an appetizer and my husband got the pork fried rice and I got the pancake with shrimp. It was all so delicious. I thought we were served pretty quick but our waiter came out with 2 interesting drinks and apologized for the wait time. The drinks were good as well. We then got the new dessert amd it was so yummy, I wish we had opted to get our own and not share. It was similar to a cheesecake taste/texture with a torched top and berries. I will definitely be getting my own next time. It was nothing flashy inside but it was very clean. It’s a must try !

It’s well lit, clean and quiet. A great place for a date or meal with friends… or even dining alone. The food was fresh amd tasty. Service was delightful- he even brought us 2 extra types of tea to try. Even my picky 7 year old found something he could tolerate- yay brothy soup! Definitely a must try dining experience!
