They literally mess my order up every time I go there and the manager has a cocky disrespectful mouth. I spent 30$ there and my food was wrong everything about it was wrong. Went to get replaced or refund and the manager who works around this time, 6pm causes a problem every time about it. ITS YOUR MESS UP FIX IT. GET NEW MANAGEMENT.

might possibly be the worst mcdonald’s in the county. every single time i go here, it doesnt matter how long the line is, i have to wait 25+ minutes for a mccrispy meal. the couple of times ive walked in to see whats taking so long there is 1-2 people working and a bunch of teenagers standing around. if you live in murphy and you are craving mcdonalds i recommend just driving all the way to carbondale. youll get your food faster

Went through the drive-thru around 9:35 pm. Ordered a kids chicken nugget meal, spicy chicken deluxe meal and a quarter pounder meal. Waited about 15-20 minutes for our food which I get it if your short staffed. What is not acceptable is the fact we paid almost $30 for fries that were obviously old, crunchy, cold and over cooked. Also the quarter pounder burger patty had been on the grill way too long and was burnt around the edges, hard and dry. The staff was pleasant and friendly. We were not offered ketchup. The staffer had to go back inside to get our kids happy meal which they didn’t notice was missing until we called them back to the car. After waiting 15-20 minutes I would have hoped they were making our food fresh but that was not the case.

The only difference is that the exceptional customer service is negated by the fact that I’m always missing items from my orders. Losing $4-7 worth of items per meal. Gonna just eat healthy at this point.

This is a newer McDonald’s and I have been there 5 or 6 times now. It is not a great experience. There has been wrong each time to the point where I swear I won’t go back but then I do out of convenience. This time I ordered the crispy Buffalo chicken sandwich. It came in a bag that was completely flat. The chicken wasn’t crispy- like it had been sitting around awhile. It had a faint smear of Buffalo sauce and some pickles that were sort of on the sandwich. It tasted like bread. I will say that the service and speed were both good this time. This time, I swear I won’t be back.

If I could give it 5 negative stars I would. I went through the drive through about 2:30 yesterday. I ordered a Big Mac and was told to pull forward to the next window, she was “waiting for the red meat.” I pull up, wait ten minutes, I was honking my horn, pounded on the window. Finally went in , the employee who was washing the floors asked me if I needed help because I was being ignored by employees in the kitchen. I told her what happened in a calm voice, she replies “Well, it’s not my fault, I was washing the floor.” I said it wasn’t, it’s the girl with the dyed red hair’s fault. The red haired girl turns around and walks away. And my Big Mac was sitting there in a bag the whole time. Cold of course.

Waited over 10 minutes for a take out order, was told 4 times they were working on it right now. Got a refund after waiting 25 minutes for a Mc Double Meal Deal. No apology from management, just told it was almost ready, they were just waiting on a McDouble. Saw people who ordered after me get McDoubles. They focused on Drive Thru and didn’t serve anyone in the lobby until they complained. Horrible service

Took forever to get waited on. Burritos weren’t full sized, (half the size they should have been). Got two dirty looks from one of the workers, my food was for dine in and she said she was going to bring my food out, then she called out my number and told me to come get it. was in a bag. Every time I go to this Mcdonald’s, something bad happens with my food or with service. I’ve learnt my lesson with this place. DO NOT GO HERE. WORSE McDonald’s IN THE USA!!!

HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND PAY THEM MORE THAN THE LEAST AMOUNT YOU CAN! Minimum wage gets you less than minimum effort. If you are going to charge 10 bucks for muffin, hashbrown and drink you can pay people more than min wage.

Went inside to get our orders to go and waited over 15 minutes for our food, and our number was never called out so it sat for several minutes. Also took forever to get an employee to acknowledge us to place the order. No soda fountain or condiments station inside the lobby either.
