I don’t review much but this had to be called out. Ordered online and it was ready when it said it would be. Lady was nice who greeted me. Order was correct and burger and crispy chicken sandwich were quite good.
Then- I see that there is mold on every piece of broccoli in my container. Both the broccoli with the sandwich and the separate container- all moldy. How does this not get noticed? The only reasonable answer is that whomever prepared it saw and didn’t care. Every single piece, you can’t miss it. I’ve had bad experiences with restaurants and I understand that mistakes happen, but I was appalled by this.

I ordered the Salmon dinner and the crispy fish sandwich via Door Dash. Might I add this was my first time using Door Dash. It took well over an 1hour before my food was delivered. When I finally received my order, the salmon was dry and not a good portion. Instead of the crispy fish, they sent a burger. Also this was my first time ever eating from Red Robin. I will not be trying this franchise anymore.

Great spot for a casual meal. The burgers are flavorful and cooked just right, with plenty of options to customize your order. The bottomless fries, salads, and sodas are a nice touch, and they come out fresh. The place can get quite crowded, and there’s usually a wait, but the food is worth it. Our meal took a little longer than expected, but the waiter, Aidan, was extremely respectful, polite, and friendly, which made the experience much better. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re craving a good burger and don’t mind the wait!

Consider yourself lucky if you get served by Brianna. She is the SWEETEST, calmest, most patient server I’ve had in a long time-this is coming from someone who has been in food service since 14 y/o. Fulfilled every request in a timely fashion and checked in on us constantly to make sure we had everything we wanted or needed. On her A game. Truly great at her job. Give this lady a promotion/bonus.
I am pregnant and NEEEDED so many refills of sweet potato fries. She sent me home happy. G-d bless her.

We really enjoyed eating here. We have never had a bad experience. The waitress was personable and made sure we had refills. She kept checking in on us as well. The food was delicious!!! This is a family friendly restaurant. My kids love eating here.

I had an amazing experience at Red Robin, and a huge part of that was our server, Dana, who was absolutely perfect from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and on point with everything checking in at just the right times, making great recommendations, and keeping everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what we wanted, but Dana’s service truly elevated the whole meal. This is exactly how dining out should feel. Red Robin is lucky to have her we’ll definitely be back!

Overall the food was good, but the waitress really sucked. I left no TIP, she took our order left and someone else served it. She never came to our table and I missed out of the Endless fries. I was really upset because up until that point my day was great. I paid extra for sweet potato fries and only saw 1 serving. I will never go there again. Previous 2 visit was OK, but I left unfufilled.

Honestly what’s to say about the atmosphere of a Red Robin gourmet burger joint? They’re pretty much designed all the same they have to be. So let’s start from the top as far as the food was concerned when we first got there we were seated the young man seen as though he was not interested in serving us at all. I get it I get it it was late it was time for him to get ready to go home but even still customer service is what’s key when it comes to working with people parrot I always believed if you don’t want to meet people and interact with people then own your own job and service animals. However his old attitude change his old his old attitude his attitude and energy change once we ask for the manager because he bought us a plate of cold food. Why was our food cold from the beginning there was no one in there other than three other couples and they left after eating? I just don’t get it nonetheless when the manager came whose name was Samantha, she took our complaints and saw and felt the temperature of the food was indeed cold and agreed that we should have been served hot food. And yes I get it the staff has been working like slaves all day long but they are still no excuse to be served hot food what does it take? Nonetheless Samantha made everything much better the food that was served thereafter was hot the attitude of the gentleman’s serving was better. And he continues to check on us to make sure everything was okay. Samantha manage the situation she interacted properly and she even discounted us, what she did not have to we were willing to pay for our hot meals but thank you just the same. We gave the tip a proper tip just to let the waiter know when you step up you get paid up and that’s the way it should be I’ve been in customer service for over 13 years and just want to say Samantha good job. Will I be back probably not and it has nothing to do with the place it’s just that I don’t normally eat at Red Robin. I just remember being a kid going to Red Robin with my mom for the french fries and I had to experience them again. So on that note if you go to this Red Robin make sure you are served your food hot if it is a hot serve food. If not ask for the manager asked the manager. If a Samantha she’ll straighten things out like 1 2 3.

Slow service and mediocre food.
There were maybe 20 people in the place, but it took 10 minutes to get our drinks and almost 40 minutes to get Burger and an order of wings.
The fries were bland and tasteless. It was a run of the mill corporate burger slathered in stuff to cover the blandness The presentation was literally just thrown on the plate. There was very little effort put into anything.
The server was apparently a cook most days. There were no refills of anything including my drink that sat empty for 20+ minutes.
Neither did he take any of the dirty dishes. This wasn’t a surprise because when people left, nobody cleared the tables.
It looked like a full staff in the kitchen and there were enough people in the front of the house to have as many as five people hanging out at the host podium joking and playing on their phones.
I don’t think I’m gonna be back for a while.
It’s fast casual food for sure. If you’re looking for a sit down meal that’s cheap and you don’t care about anything else, this is a good place for it.
The price was affordable.

Fantastic service. They were quite busy but I didn’t have to wait very long for anything. Quality of food was just as I expected (in the best way possible) and I had a great dinner.
