Ordered delivery and had no tape on any boxes and was delivered via doordash with a couple of the boxes partially opened and part of my order missing. I called the store and they refunded what was missing and when I asked about the missing tape when being sent via 3rd party they said they ran out and would try to do better next time to not run out again. Never order from this location this wasn’t my first time having to call and get things figured out because they constantly forget or mess up the order.

Ordered a Spinach and Tomato pizza with chicken. I’m eating the pizza and realize there’s no tomatoes. Called the store to let them know there’s no tomatoes and the manager literally argued with me saying she saw the employee put tomatoes on there but there’s literally none. Asked if they could send me another one and I can return this one with the driver, she said I need to come to the store. I physically cant go back to the store because my car is broken down which is why I got it delivered. They just didn’t want to remake my pizza is what it is. Then she was like “Okay Bye, that’s your problem” like what???? Straight weirdos at this store.

The employees are rude. They are rude, ahave a smart mouth, uneducated and very unprofessional. I walked out. They did not have a menu. When I asked for a Mediterranean pizza, the man said what we don’t have that. I said it on your online menu. They do not have a menu posted. He walk away and never came back. After standing there, a lady came and just stood there looking at me. If I never said anything, we would be just staring at one another. I finally asked for a veggie pizza. Then I asked her what is on the veggie pizza. She said veggies. I asked what kind and she said veggies. I asked her three times what kind and she would repeat veggies. Her sarcasm was horrible. I told her never mind and to have a good day and left. She stood there and watch Papa John lose a customer. They need to get some customer service training and post a menu.

I’ve ordered from this location maybe 3 times. Each got progressively worse than the last time. To begin, the wait is atleast 2 hour se EVERY TIME! The inside is not the cleanest. I’m not a fan of how they made the pizza one time I went in. I asked one of the girls to change her gloves after touching the cash register before going back to make the pizza.
I am not a complicated person, I order a medium cheese pizza every time. I understand that my pizza is not the only one in que but how do you mess up a medium cheese pizza.? When I ordered yesterday through delivery, I received a small uncut chicken pizza that looks like it’s been picked over. Papa John’s must be low on staff because someone through DoorDash brought my order. I had to take it back. It was 11 so they were serving people through a window. When I take it back, I guess they try to compensate by giving me a cheese stuffed cheese pizza. Again, not what I asked for! By this time, I’ve waited an additional hour and it’s already 12.
Not worth it.

Some of the employees are super rude. Customer service is terrible. I placed an order and upon picking up, was told they couldn’t find it in their system. After checking, they saw the order and told me it will be ready in 15 minutes time. I told them I couldn’t wait but will have someone else do the pickup. My wife came later and was met with a rude black lady at the counter, still telling her they don’t have my order and wouldn’t even take a look at the confirmation number presented. Management ought to do a better job with employees and customer relationship. They keep that up, sales will hit the toilet.

This place is unbelievably disrespectful. My order was incorrect and I was told it’s not their problem. I came to get a refund and had to end up calling the cops. The associate literally came from behind a locked door, followed me to my car, banged on my car trying to fight me. I was in total shock that someone would do that over a pizza/refund. I have never encountered such behavior. I’m surprised this place is still open for business. This place deserves negative 0 stars

Why can’t pizza places deliver their own pizzas? Had I known door dash would deliver 8 other orders before delivering mine over an hour after I ordered it.. no way I would have paid money for this. Shame on you Pizza Hut. Shame!
